thanks guys for all the information the coils included are
1 x OCC Sub 0.5 Ohm/Range 15-30W
1 x OCC Sub 1.2 Ohm/Range 12-25W
i will enjoy testing and will use the advice thanks again
Manufacturer's sometimes (always) inflate the wattage power on their coils (I guess folks like to buy things with higher ratings). In both cases, after priming the coil and filling the tank, allowing it to sit for about 10 minutes to be sure the cotton in the coil is well saturated, start off vaping well below those "minimums", which they're not. You can run a coil as low as you want. Might not produce much vapor, but you won't damage it. Doing it this way allows you to avoid a dry hit, or the awful taste of burning cotton (trust me, it tastes really awful), which will happen if you try to vape a dry coil or use too much power.
For the 1.2 ohm, I'd start out around 7W, and raise it by 1 to 2 W after a hit until you get the vapor, flavor, and warmth you like best, usually called the "sweet spot". Might be at 12W or 20W, which is why you do it this way. Hit it with 30W on the first vape and you will probably be very unhappy.
For the 0.5 ohm, start round 12W. You will end up with a higher wattage with this coil as you find your sweet spot.
