Jenny, you have to decide what your objective is. Do you want something that will produce a lot of vapor? A lot of the more powerful setups require a more powerful battery than the Spinner will provide. You will not be able to do sub ohm vaping on a Spinner or vv3 or mvp or almost all regulated mods.

If you want to use a Nautilus Mini, that is a good choice to use on any of the above mentioned devices. The advantage of going with a mod that allows you to replace the batteries is that if you get a good one, you can keep it a long time and not have to worry about having to replace the whole mod. You just buy batteries and a charger.

I was vaping with Spinners and an MVP2 for 6 months when I bought my first Provari Mini. It is one of the more expensive mods but I absolutely love it. I have 3 of them. But I was a heavy smoker for 46 years and vape all day, every day to not smoke. If you are a casual vaper and not needing it to replace a smoking habit, then I would go with a less expensive option. I have had my Provari for over a year now and it is as good as the day I bought it. The Spinners I have to throw away every 6 months or so but they are good to out and about and if I lose one I am not heartbroken over the price I paid for the lost battery.

Do you have any vape shops in your area? It may be worth taking a look in one and see if they will let you hold and try out a few different options. If you do not want to rebuild coils. DO NOT get a mech mod. Those you really need to know your electronics and battery safety and how to build coils. Stick with something regulated where you can set the voltage/wattage.

Indirectly, yes. The boxes are usually capable of producing more vapor, but that's because most can produce more power than the standard "pen" batteries. An MVP or IStick will allow you to adjust the volts/watts to a greater degree than the Spinner. Plus, they have much better battery life.

Those are two different devices. The MVP 20w was a middle ground upgrade while they developed the MVP3 (30w), which will be released soon.
There will also be a 30 and 50w IStick, which I believe may be the better choice.

Is that true, a 50 watt istick would be awesome!

Hi Jenny, and welcome to the forum, I too am new to it all, I picked up my first vaporizer (innokin Itazte vv v.3) 2 weeks ago and it's working and performing excellent. You mentioned you'd like to get a more intense vape out of your rig, if I'm not mistaken, the more coils the bigger the vape. I'm not gonna try to get into the atomizers cartomizers, and all of that I'm still learning on it all. The best I can tell ya is to just read up here and then go talk to your local vape shop.

I went from spinners to an Innokin clk1280, then jumped to a Siglei Legend II. Now also running an iStick and a Joyetech eGrip

For most beginners, I would recommend the iStick with a Nautilus mini and bending adapter. Perfectly pocketable, and awesome flavor. The only reason it wins over the eGrip is price

I am fairly new to vaping, about 3 months. I don't use it too often but it helps me when I'm drinking and wanting a cigarette. I have a kangertech mini pro tank 2 and kangertech EVOD battery. The tank works fine although I would like something that produces more vapor.. any suggestions? Also my battery is starting to go so I also want to purchase a new one.. any suggestions? Someone I met last night suggested the Vision Spinner 2, is this a good battery? I don't need anything too expensive or crazy. Thanks!
I've been vaping several years; I've bought various Mods, and drippers. I've spent money chasing the perfect device, yet find myself using my Vision Spinner 2, an Aerotank V2 tank, and using only the Kanger enclosed dual coils with it. I like the Mini Aerotank, too. I agree that the Nautilus Aspire is a great tank, but the coils cost more.
I've been eyeing the new Atlantis tanks, and batteries, but again the coils are pretty pricey.
I buy my hardware at Sweet-Vapes, and for about $55 you'd get the Spinner 2, and an Aerotank V2.

what is the difference between aerotank, nautilus, and pro tank?

Aerotank and Nautilus have built in air flow control. Protanks do not

Doesn't sound like that big a deal, but the airflow control makes a HUGE difference

The Aero uses BDC (Bottom Dual Coils). The Nautilus has those, or the BVC (Bottom Vertical Coil). Personally, I prefer the BVC for flavor (have rebuilt all my Kanger heads into BVCs)

Check out the innokin VV V3:

Here's what it looks like (not a recommendation on where to buy it, just the first thing to pop up on google):

Innokin iTaste VV V3.0 Battery

Not too many vendors have it yet, but the Innokin iTaste VV4-M has hit the market. I haven't heard any reviews yet, but the specs look good:

Dimension: 5-1/8"L x 5/8"W
510 and eGo Threaded
Operating Voltage: 3.0V-6.0V
Charging Time: 1.5 Hours
Operating Voltage: 3.3V-5.0V
Operating Wattage: 6.0W-15.0W
Minimum Resistance: 0.8 ohms
VV/VW
1000mAh
Can be vaped while charging

There is also the Itaste VV4 that has 750mAh, so it's a bit shorter. (4-1/2"L x 5/8"W)

They are a little costly right now, but as more vendors get them the price should go down.

Innokin iTaste VV4-M Express Kit 1000mAh, 15w, 0.8ohm

(I don't know why it has two operating voltage ranges listed. In the detailed description it says 3.0v to 6.0v.)

Yes, the Aerotanks, and Nautilus tanks have airflow controllers, but it's also the enclosed dual coils that make them so much better. The vapor production is much better with dual coils, and they last ages longer. Since you said you wanted something simple, but with more vapor, either tank would be suitable, imo.

The Aspire Atlantis is for sub ohm vaping. It will not work on a regulated mod like the batteries that you have and you are looking at.
Although she could look into something like an iPV mini which only costs around $50. This mod is very versatile, more comfortable to hold then the standard box design and most would never outgrow it unless trying to chase bigger clouds. I only wish I would have skipped the MVP completely and bought something like this from the start.
