If you wish to stay within the continuous discharge rating you are fine up to about 120w (depending on the voltage cutoff and efficiency of the mod). The 25r can handle higher amp draws in pulses, but personally I won't exceed the continuous rating.
That battery is one of the best on the market, as long as you don't push its continuous discharge limits. As stated, it has a true 20 amp continuous discharge rate.
I personally don't pay attention to pulse discharge limits, because they are not considered an industry standard, and make comparing batteries between different brands impossible because each brand has their own definition of what a pulse limit is --- it could be anywhere between a millisecond or up to 15 seconds.
