Advise from the MV community

I need a little advise. First off, I've made several orders with madvapes, they are great, they have good products, super fast shipping, and are my go to for everything. But I've just received my first order that had a problem, and I'm not sure what I should do. So I figured ask you great people for some advise, and see what happens.
So, I made an order last week, and everything was fine, except the 120ml 36mg vg base liquid. Now I've ordered both vg and pg from MV before with no issues, but this time this vg is nasty. Something is off with it, it smells bad, and tastes even worse, I tryed mixing some, and cut to 12mg even with over 35% flavoring, it still smells and tastes bad. I'm not one to complain, exspecially when a vender has as good a track record with me as MV does, but this stuff is unusable. So my questions are: anyone else had any issues with their vg base liq? Should I say something, or just eat it, order some more, and hope for the best? Thanks in advance

Believe me...
If MadVapes...or any vendor for that matter...is shipping 'bad' juice, they want to know about it so that they can correct the problem.
They make their money off of satisfied customers continuing to buy from them,,,,
Not one sale and then goodbye

Open a ticket. They will take care of you and definitely want to know about it
