I ordered some cartomizers and eliquids from madvapes about a month ago (on Feb 3rd, 2013). Since I'm located in India, took about a month to get the products. Not their fault though, its EMS buggers who take that long. But still happy that the packaging was good so received everything in one piece
Throughout the time MadVapes followed up on me to make sure I received my order. There was some issue with the order but that was also taken care of nicely. Customer service has been constantly in touch and the end result, a very happy customer
Just thought I should appreciate the good stuff. Its only fair cuz when there's a problem, we don't miss to complain. However, when someone is helpful, we should appreciate and share. Hope this helps the good people at Madvapes. Continue doing the great stuff folks
