Aegis x Zeus kit problem

Hello so I have the aegis x Zeus kit, and it's not fireing properly. Iv tried looking into it but can't seem to find the right solution. Screen works fine, all three buttons work, and have new batteries. But when it's powered off and I hold the +- buttons firmware doesn't pop up, I'm trying to factory reset it then update firmware. If anyone has any answers that would be appreciated!

i had bad luck with aegis except for the OG.the simplest way to check is with your back up mod.

Sounds like the button presses should be simultaneous, so it could take a few tries.

If it still doesn't work, I'd take out the batteries, and hold the fire button for 10-30 seconds (this can help with computer motherboard factory resets by discharging residual energy, so it's worth a shot here too IMO). Then with the atty removed and using known good batteries, try the factory reset again.

Edit: I'd check the battery contacts and 510 connection too. Might fix your firing issue.
