Literally, this thing has been flooded for the entire day.

It has been working great for the last 3 days, then today, NOPE! Worked this morning, then I got in my car and it flooded. I thought it was probably just the heat. Got back home, tried tilting it upside down and blowing out the excess juice through the airhole. Still no, it just never clears out. It is so badly flooded juice just leaks out of the airhole in general.

I've tried everything to get it to work. I changed out the coil heads, I even emptied it out and cleaned the entire tank TWICE now. Still flooded. Doesn't matter what airhole setting it is on, still flooded.

This tank was working so great for days, then today it just stopped. Any idea what might be wrong with it? Really disappointed as I was enjoying it so much, now I just want to return it and go back to my Nautilus.

did you take it all apart and check the gaskets? Heat will definitely cause you leaks, maybe try switching to a thicker juice. My buddy has a Mega and it flooded on him the other day too, but it wasn't out and about. I haven't taken mine out in the current Washington heat yet, its toasty over here though. My Reo has been autosquonking due to the heat though. My Mega hasn't had any trouble so far though...

I did, I was actually using a thinner juice in it before (a 70PG/30VG) and it worked great. Then yesterday I put 50/50 in it and it worked great until today. The gaskets all look fine, the whole tank seems to be in perfect condition. I might just pick up some of the old style Kanger dual coil heads and see if they work. I don't know why the new ones would just stop working all the sudden though.

Go back to your Nautilus:shock:

That is the plan. I was just getting better flavor off the Mega. But at least the Nautilus works. Actually working is more important than flavor lol.

Honestly that was 100% the reason I went to RBA's. I just couldn't take the flooding anymore. Not that it was happening all the time, but it was a lot more than I thought it should have been. So I made the jump, and never looked back. I know that's not exactly helpful, but looking towards a Kayfun in the future would probably make your vape experience a bit more pleasant.

I think it is about time I go that route. As much money as I've spent on these clearomizers I could have had a Kayfun by now. lol. Even with the mega now working, it has its issues. Definitely going to upgrade to rebuildables next time.

Just wanna chime in here, but I swapped coils in my mega yesterday and it started flooding instantly. Took it apart cleaned, blew out the juice from the coil and put it back together and the flooding persisted.

So I took it apart again and looked closely at the coil and on one side there was no wick covering the hole and I could see directly into the coil.

Long story short, a poorly made coil caused it to flood again and again.

Edit: it wasnt leaking but flooding, typo!

Good to know. I had some issues with the silica wicks coming out of mine. :?:

Happens to me too after about 4-5 days of use, doesnt seem to effect the preformance though

As others have said. IF it is leaking out the air hole then you have an Air Leak in the tank section. No liquid can leak out the air hole without that volume of liquid being replaced by something. That something being air. So check all the seals.

Yea I wrote leaking when I ment flooding, mine didnt leak at all

Yes, the older style coils with 2 holes on each side did have the wick come out of them. They since have created a NEW upgraded dual coil with one large hole on each side that the wick does not come out of it. The new ones are really good actually.
