Aerotank Mini Problems

I just received 3 aerotank mini's in the mail today. I have several aerotank mega's and love them. So I have been messing with this one aerotank and everytime I fill it up it just leaks all the liquid back out of the tank. I don't understand why it is doing this? I am pretty sure I have it setup right. Does any one have a picture of what the tank looks like underneath?

Going to guess an o ring is missing and hidden somewhere iin the box. The one for the bottom of the tank comes out easily. Mine had gotten into the SS sleeve.

Its not the O ring I can see it in the bottom and top. It weird I have never had a problem like this before. I am probably going to have to sell them anyways because they do not work to great with a 510 to EGO adapter it covers up the air hole and thats the only way I can vape them on my Provari.

Maybe the glass tube isn't true. Maybe pull both large silicone orings out and change them around with each other, could also be a chunk of crap under the oring or the oring is flawed. They are easily purchased thru ebay.
