is the center stem tightened up properly ( the one that holds the 2 metal parts to the glass tube)? it may feel tight but could be loose enuf to let juice pass by one of the orings in the top cap or base. only other idea I can think of is that the coil assembly o ring is missing or loose... check for wick/hair/stuff around the orings... even a small bit of wick can cause a leak. the oring needs to be clean or it can develope a leak. Also check for nicks/cuts in the orings...

not sure if it helps but i always lube my o-rings with the juice i will use in the tanks etc

i find they come apart easier for cleaning and i can crank them down a little tighter if needed

i used to work in the auto industry for many years and always lubricated o-rings and seals on installation it helps prevent tare and cracking

if you have ever changed an oil filter on a car etc you always wipe some oil on the o-ring as this helps to reduce friction and allows you to tighten it enough by hand without it leaking

hope this helps it works for me on all my tanks

Usually I would suggest checking all seals or o-rings for damage (including those on the coil), using a little juice or VG on the o-rings when assembling/reassembling. Making sure everything is tight (coil included) and if that doesn't help changing the coil itself. There isn't too many things that can make a tank leak, A loss of vacuum, or something breaking surface tension.... Am I missing anything?

i would just recheck everything is nipped up snug as the others have said

no need for any tools or wrenches just use ya fingers an make sure nothing is loose

you can also search on youtube for cleaning and filling ya tank or atty etc to see if you are missing anything

just type in ya tank or atty make and model etc in the youtube search bar there are so many videos i am sure someone has covered yours at some point

most good review videos will cover a total tare down and reassembly so you can check you have not missed anything

good luck and hope you get it sorted out

finger tight has always been enough for my Aerotank (back when I used it). One thing you could look at. I noticed that when I took mine apart, one of the o-rings had a tendency to stick to the glass tank. If yours did that and you mistakenly put it back into the slot that already had an o-ring, that would explain your issue. I also noticed that it can be difficult to see the o-rings in the slots. They blend in very well. Make sure yours are actually there.
