I have zero problems with my Tobeco hammer clone.
Hits like a champ, fit and finish are good, fires out of the box, looks fantastic.
One of my favorite mods.
I picked it up because I wanted a pipe mod, but most look cheap and unimpressive.
Not the case with the hammer.

Try to find a reputable vendor (B&M if possible) and check one out.

Spring pressure inside the positive contact pin is kinda weak so I stretched it a bit
This is a common fix, but it worked perfectly out of the box when set up correctly.

I also swapped the battery around so it's inline with the atomizer and added a fuse under the switch to extend the contact point there. This allows you to use an 18650 in the configuration shown above.
Otherwise it looks like an "L" when using the factory set up.

If any mod doesn't "hit hard", its bcause electricity is meeting resistance along its path.
A good cleaning and making sure everything is fitted properly will eliminate 99% of voltage issues in any mechanical mod.

The Tobeco Hammer is well made, functions great, and looks fantastic.
