Hmmm, what's affordable?

The VHO Quad Box would tick all the boxes. VHO - Quad Box Mod
Don't have it, but stumpled upon that UK sale... at that price... really good value. I had an rda from them
before, top notch quality. Apparently the sunken 510 is not a problem and is really adjustable. Wider atties are said fit as well.

Personally, I'm lusting after the Titan V2. 120$ from
Silver Steam Vapor. Not a mechanical switch though.

Preferably around well under $100.
I'm not understanding why it costs more to make a box with a contact switch than it does to make a fully regulated mod with a processor in it.
Lost Vape DNA250 mods cost less than most mechs. That may be my only option.
No one makes a solid clone with a good switch?
I don't need laser engraving, gold plating, CNCd logos, fancy automotive paint and a velvet lined wooden box.

Just a block of aluminum with slots for batteries and a good switch and 510.

The Hohmwrecker G2 and DNA 250 is looking good compared to most of my options so far. =(

Is there a fully mechanical mod out there that is affordable and not a hunk of crap? Mechanical switch (doesn't get hot), good 510, good contacts, and parallel configuration. That's all I need.
I had the Bigfoot by Cigreen that I believe was parallel and fully mechanical switch. Worked great until I sold it for the right price. Cost me $25 from VBeast some months ago. I have a couple "value" unregulated parallels (not fully mechanical) that ~~could make you happy~~ make me happy though.

I am also kind of also looking for the same thing. So curious if others have some
good suggestions.

Yes... the Hohmwrecker... also really tempting at 65 dollars :)
The G2?
Got a link? Even if it's not the G2. Lol.

Thank you LilWhiteClouder. I'll check into it.

It is 73$ after all. Hohm Wrecker G2 Mod | Ecig.com
65$ for first gen, sorry.
ecig.com is having a flashsale right now... 25 percent off. Otherwise they got a discount
for first time clients, so even cheaper.

However the 4th of July Sale codes from vaporcube for the G2s still work as well.
G2REFB for the refurbished models, with that they cost 55$
G2WRECKER65OFF for the new models, with that they cost 70$

I wish these were still available. They looked real solid.

If I can't find a mech by the end of the day, I'm jumping all over that refurb dude.
Thank you!

You're probably not the right person to ask but where do I get one in the US?
I've seen prices from $100 to $300 and all sold out.

Where do you shop for authentic mechs in the us?

When I get a better job, so help me jeebus I will get a mech.

I can't figure out why china spends money trying to make 1:1 clones of mech mods instead of just putting the same money into a good switch/510 and selling it in a nylon box with a copper bar running to the bottom.

I've been looking for something similar.

Been thinking about one of these:

$22.93 Free Shipping Task Force 18650 Mechanical Box Mod (2*18650 Mod, Aluminum, Silver) at m.FastTech.com

There's always a cherry bomber clone too. (No one tell me I'm going to blow myself up, please.)

You can only put 22mm attys on that and you're gonna need to carry a screwdriver around with it in case you have a failure, i'm not saying you will have one but its always good to have your bases covered.
There is also a significant difference between full copper and Aluminium mods, you can get some mods that use copper rods inside an Alu body but i've not used them so can't comment.

I've built down to .2 on my cherry bomber clone with no issues....switch didn't even get warm.

"Fully mechanical" switches aren't like momentary switches.

I looked for days man. If you fire a 0.15 ohm build on any of the clones the switch will probably melt.

Lol.
All my daily use mechs are clones and they all run .15-.2 ohm builds.

All my cherry bombers can handle more than the batteries.

Id recommend the Raptor clone.
Theres a huge thread in the Mech mod forum discussing it in depth from several experienced owners.
