Hi all, I am just about a month in, my first paying purchase was on October 17th...I'd like to share with you the amount of cash I've spent so far on vaping.

Total on vaping products (hardware and software) = $241.14

However, money I've saved not buying analogs = $42.89 (and gas money not going to liquor store so much, or driving around to smoke)

Grand total spent minus savings = $198.25

I can say though, I have EVERYTHING I need to vape, and for quite some time. Currently I have 3 10ml bottles of Backwoods brew with 3 more bottles coming from them (one is a 15ml, watermelon mmm). Also have 3 10ml bottles coming from MadVapes, plus a back-up 510 Boge atty. And a 30ml bottle plus two 10ml bottles coming from FSUSA. I am set on juice for a while!

I also currently have with me, my trusty sure fire 3.7v RoughStack on which I am still using the same 510 atty from day 1 (proper cleaning - and I feel this atty should last for several months). Also from the RoughStack kit I have a spare 510 atty, two rechargeable 18350s, a battery charger that adjusts to other size batteries, 4 cartomizers that I don't use, and 5 empty cartridges that I haven't tried. On top of that, I have an assembled 3.7v box mod kit from MadVapes which vapes really, really well and two 14500s to use with that. On the side, I have a soldering iron and solder for emergency repairs, as well as a replacement 3A switch for the RoughStack and two replacement 510 battery connectors should anything every go wrong with the RS or the box mod.

I don't think I need anything for a while unless its an impulse buy - or an occasional atty. I can admit I've actually been thinking about getting my lips on an eGo kit, for the S&Gs, and so I can properly compare devices. Plus I plan to try my hand at DIY juice, so that will cost a little bit upfront.

All that said, I am still SO FREAKING HAPPY with vaping. And boy I tell you, ECF is the only way I could have ever made it out of the hot ashy burning woods - into the soft, gentle, whispy clouds of vaping freedom!

Thanks for listening :p

Good job ice, sounds like you are all set, once I was ahead of the game I got a big order of diy stuff and started mixing my own juice and I am loving it. Now I won't need anything for months except to maybe replace a few flavorings as I use them up. You can definitely save money vaping if you do your research and use some self control.

Glad to hear you're so happy with all your initial purchases. Sounds like you did your homework beforehand and made good choices for you. Many people spend a lot of time and money finding the e-juice that they like best. NOW the big challenge will be to see if you can resist trying a few more and different mods and toys. Have fun!!

This is great!! I love hearing about everyone's stories and experiences!! Thanks for the love too! I really need to control myself as mentioned, because everything is working...but I'm already wondering what it would be like to try other devices! LOL It's going to be VERY hard not to splurge, but I think I should probably use this pent up energy on learning DIY juice :p

You must have hit some serious sales. Looks like you did your homework. I spent about 750 (in 3 months) , but have juice and attys to last me a year, at least. I do like cartomizers though, so I figure those at about $15 per month, and figure on 2 ego batts every four months at about $12 per month. But I used to spend $150 a month at least on analogs.

I'm not tellin'
OK Ice you got me curious so I had to look at mine and after all the adding it came out to 279.51 since I started 1 month and 11 days ago. But I was a PAD smoker and they were 6.54 where I am at so after 41 days that puts me at 268.14 so yay I only spent 11.37 more than I would have on smoking but I have tons of juice. And it's a good thing too since I can't spend any more untill January 15th lol. By then I will have really saved alot of money :)

In the 9 weeks since I've been totally vaping, I've spent $348 by sticking with multiple 510's & accessories. Allowing for replacement batts, attys and juice supplies, I reckon my monthly costs are gonna fall to around $65 per month. In the same time period, I would have spent $403 on analogs or $186 per month. Sounds like I can justify buying The Leo and some more juice flavors, right?
