I haven't dropped my vape (yet) but I'd like to know if there's anything to look for (besides the obvious) after a drop? Any way to tell if the atty is damaged or anything along those lines? Thanks!

Of course it depends on which mod you drop and how much it cost. So as you wipe the tears away, try to check the battery.

What the device, a grenade? lol Maybe if you got shotty wiring, like in an ego. I have seen those catch fire.

If the tank is glass you might break it, the leaking juice will be a tell tale.
You might damage the connector, bend or break it. If it is bent and that does not bother you no problem. If it is broken it will not work.
If it is a regulated mod you might break the circuitry inside. It no longer lighting up will be your indication.
Other damage like that for anything you drop. After you stop crying get used to the scratches and dents, they give the device character, and vape on.

I dropped my itaste 134. The only thing that happened was my cat jumped almost high enough to use a parachute on the way down.
If I drop an ego I don't worry about it. If I drop my mod everything gets thoroughly inspected. I take out my battery and put it in a safe place for a couple hours, and then I test the ohms on my topper.
