Keep on dropping and breaking tanks.

As far as a lanyard I think it would actually be a bit too much to hang from my neck and yea the beauty ring is always on and it still has broke at the threads. I know its weird but I've had it happen.

Ive watched videos and such on the REO Grand and I think I can manage this. As far as rebuilding the atomizer I'm not sure if I could do it. Seems like a steady hand is required. Luckily a buddy of mine also vapes and he works on electronics for a living, I'm sure he could handle that task easily for me If I do need it. I of course would try it myself thou.

So, I think that's what I'm going to run with, the REO Grand. I went ahead and ordered it all and I can't wait to try it out.

Thanks to all you for your advice and suggestions. Much appreciated and I will post back after some use. :)

I called and spoke to Ralph and he was very helpful on all the things needed. So, I went ahead and ordered it all and I can't wait to try it out.

You don't need to rebuild. You can use premade cartomizers or atomizers on your Reo--I'm sure you already know that:

Cartomizers

Good luck and yes, you have to pay the Reonauts a visit--nice people and they will be more than happy to welcome you to the family!

Good luck and happy squonking! ;)

The Reonaughts from the Cult of Reo will be along shortly to welcome you into their Order. (p.s... they have their own sub-forum here, get in 2 more post and you can chit chat with them there).
Reos Mods

But we're the funs-y Cult! :)

Seriously, come visit that part of the forum if you need any help or have questions.

The biggest deal with building a coil for a Reonizer isn't so much the coil - the coil itself can last for months - it's the choice of wicking material. Cotton as a wick needs to be replaced every couple days or so. But silica wick or Ekowool can last just as long as the coil and can be dry burned in place to clean it.

Keep in mind too that if you absolutely hate a Reo or it just isn't right for you, get yourself verified and you can always sell it in the ECF classifieds for about 80 to 90% of what you paid for it. They hold their value.

I hate to be old school here, but if you are not using a lot of citrus or cinnamon flavors, why not go to a plastic tank. They are lighter. You can get ego fitted ones or 510 fitted ones. Also, maybe consider a battery that has a recessed 510 area only (no ego fitting), like the istick. The connection is stronger and there is far less height to snap.

Sorry its been awhile to update on this. I wanted to properly take the time to familiarize myself with my lp Reo Grand.

I'm so glad I got this. With the help from super_X_drifter videos and I mean all of them plus the vast information on this site, I got this down pretty good now. The worst part for me is actually just putting the coils through the post on my atomizer.

Ive got a Reomizer 2 and just like superx says in his videos I can make a coil 29gauge with a gizmo pegging right at 1.35ohms. I'm using Koh Gen Do cotton atm and I'm getting good vapor and a good hit on the nicotine. I've even bought a liter of 100mg 100% VG unflavored nicotine with VG also as my filler. I actually need to add some more vg to the mix because its a bit too strong for me. But regardless I'm liking it all.

I also agree this Reo seems indestructible. I've dropped it a couple of times and this thing is like the damn energizer bunny. Just keeps on going.

Thanks for all the suggestion in my thread. I really appreciate everyone's input and you've given me good ideas for my Coolfire 1 if I do ever need to pack it along for a trip or what not.

I went to check them out and the site they directed me to offers them @$1.99 each and for colors they show: Color Option (Band Color/Text Color): Black/White, Blue/White, Grey/Yellow, Pink/White, White/Black, and Random. HOWEVER, when trying to select a specific color the 'box' says, "RANDOM" - there is no other choice.

I'm not blowing $1.99 plus shipping to get a PINK BAND! Soooooooooooo - are they sold elsewhere or is this the only place? VaporDNA E-Cigarette

I do like the 'idea' - but only if 'I' get to choose MY color; the arbitrary "RANDOM" sucks Deluxe.
