Reos are legendary in the e-cig community. I had never considered one because they are so pricey. I may have spent a lot of money, but I was always hindered by spending $100+ on one mod. I bought almost every readily available rba, some better than others. As much as I like my KFL, it was kind of bulky to carry around with my MVP. After I sold some gear on the classifieds, I bought a Reo Mini 18490 and a Reomizer 2.

By far, this has been the best tasting, most convenient device I have ever used. When I go to work, I bring an extra 3ml bottle of juice and some extra batteries. I can drip all the time. I am planning on selling off more gear to buy another Reo. They are just phenomenal.

The reo produces better tasting vapor compared to the KFL?

Dripping tends to create more vapor, better flavor, and more of a nicotine kick than using an RBA with a tank in general. While the KFL will hold a special place in my heart, unfortunately it has been bested by the Reo/RM2 combination. The Kayfun, along with the various GG attys/their clones (Ithaka, Oddysseus) are probably the closest you can come to the taste of dripping with a tank. However, the REO is a bottom feeder mod which feeds juice straight into the atomizer, so yes, I am getting an all around better vape from it than I was with my KFL. The convenience factor is also a huge plus.

Was thinking about getting a Reo myself. How's the VV Grand?

VV grand kicks serious AYuss :). I have one and was lucky enough to score a VV woodvil too. Same REO reliability and principal but a chip controls the heat. I would recommend one without hesitation to anyone looking for an Elite piece of vape gear, but if I could only have one REO I'd chose my grand. Here's my VV's:

really want to get one, but i'm not really a fan of the box shape and looks. but i guess function > form

It is much smaller and compact than most people imagine before using one. As for form / function - you cannot top the way a REO functions. Fresh squeezed juice on demand. I prefer the form over any other shape. :)
Here's my grands:

Here's my typical build on the REO RBA. It's the simplest best performing RBA I've had and I have had 3 chalices. Only kept one for their cult status - it's on my vv woodvil above :)

Thanks for the reply and man I'd love to get my hands on one. I haven't had any VV devices yet and I thought maybe the Reo would be my first, but I think I'll start off with the Grand when I get the chance. It'd be pretty damn sick to see a DNA Reo in the future too. I never liked box mods but I'd love to start squonking. I'm sitting at my job at an e-cig kiosk right now as we speak and I'm realizing that I'm too lazy to drip all the time even if I want to vape.

Soon... :2cool:
