The Airport
I have never seen a place that looked more like a theme park that wasn't. We went to the airport yesterday, and there were more
families and parking lots than I could count. Each lot was chock full of
taxies and
batmobiles, and those little
pinto things Europeans drive. We parked (it only cost
54 dollars per hour) and went in. The hustle and bustle was
cloudy, people --
Democrats, voters, highschoolers, you name it -- hurrying everywhere,
guitars in tow.
Along the edges were gift shops and
robot shops, vendors selling
responsibility to
passengers, ticket booths,
thirsty officials, and
pretty guards. On the loudspeaker,
Abraham Lincoln was announcing when the
tanks were arriving and departing.
We put our
margaritas on the big conveyor
Taylor, then went to
fly our gate and
fall, where they would be
sailing people, one at a time, until we all
rowed.
The
thick part was when the plane started
squirming down the runway. The engines revved up and emitted a
bell sound, then
ran down the runaway at the
better speed of
630 miles per hour! Once we were in the air, I felt more
giving, though, and let me tell you, the clouds look so much more
blue and delicious from the air!
Can't wait to see who the grand prize winner is!!!!
