Need some input from the experienced DIY'ers! I'm sure there are quite a few mistakes, stuff I don't need and various misconceptions :)

Back Story...
Wife & I smoked for 20+ years.
Got e-cigs Jan 1, been off them (tobacco) since :)

After 50 or so flavors purchased from most of the popular vendors, decided to look into DIY. After a few weeks of reading everything I could find, made the plunge.

I'll be making juice for 6 people, to include two other couples we convinced to try e-cigs and who are now converted as well.

I estimated 5 mls per, per day for the average.
4 of us prefer (all day vape) bakery stuff, one is exclusively fruit.
1 prefers tobacco flavors (not enough reading that yet, meantime she will be using a RY4)
Most like 3 or so flavor change-ups a day.
Most aren't concerned with pg/vg ratio, the wife and prefer mostly vg.

Based on the vendor flavors/strengths we've bought, everyone seems to be good at 12 to 18mg
2 want to get off nic, the rest don't, or don't care.

Sooo.....

Placed a few orders. Wanted to try different suppliers of nic and flavors.
I'll be storing the nic in amber glass bottles (freezer, read the in-depth storage thread, will be putting a lot of nic away for long term use. Assuming the shelf life is 2+ years as I've read, I'll probably have no less than 2 years worth on hand all the time. No telling what the gov/costs/availability will be. All the nic will be mixed down to either 12 or 18 with VG.

So here is a break-down of the orders. What am I missing? Is there additional info needed to answer that?
Any other base flavors I need?

BTW;
I guess the e-cigs used might help? 2 couples use ego's, I've since convinced them to use cartos (smok dual coil 1.7s and/or the 1.7 XLs) rather than the tank (ego-t). Wife uses an Icon v1.1 (prefers the ST DC 1.7's), I use a ProVari (mostly with the ST DC's as well). We trade off a Reo Mini as well. I'm the only one that cares to drip on occasion (iKen i06 & Cisco 306).

So I'll end this longer than intended ramble with the list. Thanks to the forum and especially the DIY'ers for all the great info here, this place rocks!

All of it is ordered and will be here this week :) Really looking forward to getting into it. Any help is very much appreciated!

Welcome to the world of DIY, you gonna have a blast. Nice start, you should be able to hit the floor running.
Cotton Candy is 10% Ethyl Maltol crystal in pg, used to round out flavors and mild sweetener.

Here are a few suggestion if you're asking. Just ask if you would like me to elaborate on any suggestion.

didn't see any plain pg - did i miss it?
more 5 thru 30ml plastic dropper bottles
1 ml syringe for flavors

Wow! I'm speechless!
First of all, I want to say thank you! I almost didn't open this thread coz I've had a less than stellar day and expected another 'I want to do diy so what should I buy' thread...which is ok, but you know ;) You've actually done some reading first, and thank you!

Your list looks...fantastic! I see some things that I would want a lot more of (for myself alone, not mentioning mixing for that many ppl!) but you'll figure that out as you go. We all have different styles and preferences (syringes/pipettes for flavors, glass/plastic etc) so once you figure that out you'll know...
I would suggest however, however many bottles you think you need...get more :)

And for crying out loud, have fun! Ask questions, read some more, and don't get discouraged...it takes time. I expect to be asking you questions in no time. Welcome :)

Nice list!

From my experience mixing mostly 30ml final batches, ya might want to purchase more of the larger (30ml & 60ml) dripper bottles. Since you'll be mixing for six people, be sure to keep your >100ml plastic bottles for your most common final jooses. My 120ml PV and VG bottles are indispensable!

It's way neater to be able to dispense from a 60-120 mL squeeze bottle than a 250-500 mL, etc container.

Oh so true, great point! ABSOLUTELY keep your larger ml bottle 'flip top' caps also. I even transfer my more popular flavs into 60ml bottles and use the 'flip tops' for clean and easy large batches.

So I'm thinking; the nic base is pg,with vg added, 12% or so flavor, it's still got a lot of pg in it. Example, 36mg base nic at 18mg: comes out to 50% PG, 38% VG. Flavor is also pg, so that about a 60/40 mix if I'm thinking right?

TPA Sweetener
Ethyl Maltol Crystals
Marshmallow
marshmallow also for sweetening?

Yes to the above! Excellent, thank you.

Thanks again for the comments/help everyone.
Based on these I updated the orders.

Added

TPA
Marshmallow
Sweet Cream
Sweetener

Doubled down on the 10's & 30's added 60 3's (haven't found 5's?)
Syringes (30 mil)
a 250 mil beaker
2 ea 50 & 100 mil plastic beakers
5 60 ml plastic bottles w/spout caps
5 250 ml plastic bottles w/ spout caps

Went ahead and ordered another 500 mls of MFS nic at 50mg (pg/vg) to put away.

Fortunately, I'm not paying for all this alone! It's already double our previous monthly budget for smokes, lol.

Thanks again.

I second the suggestions to get larger graduated cylinders and extra PG.

The cylinders are a great tool once you get your recipes figured out. If you're making bakery juices for several of these people, you'll come to love some big cylinders.

I started off thinking I wouldn't need much PG, but I was wrong... It comes in handy more than you can anticipate. Also, if you buy your nic at 100mg you can fit more of it in your freezer, but that requires PG for diluting.

Ya, it can be tough in the beginning...there's just so much to get, but after a bit you'll be all set for awhile ;)

So true! I'm just getting into it myself and I've already spent over $120 in a little over a week, probably (about what I'd spend on juice in 3 months), but like you said, the vast majority of these purchases are items that should last you quite a while, if not virtually forever in some cases.
