Hello there, been vaping for about two or so weeks, and i just acquired an AGA-T2 from LeGadgets some three days ago.
What i have learned, plus from what most forummers suggest is to enlarge the wick hole and the air hole.

Thing is, i don't have the right drill bit, or proper tools to do it.
Anyone here in KL would be able to do it? I'd prefer one who's drilled their own AGA-T+/T2 before.

The pic below shows the offset the AGA-T2s need to be milled by to get any decent enlargement.

I haven't kept tabs how much juice is consumed since I DIY which costs me next to nothing, so not concerned with that.

9/16 is a good size esp. for 1/8 ceramic wicks. Larger wick hole sizes make a big difference for the better.

@vapir,
@HelloWorld lives in Vancouver, and that's in Canada.
i'm unsure if there are any folks in KL that do it, but i just found out from Eric that the AGA-T2 can only be enlarged to 3.2mm max due to the rubber gasket design.

Whoops! Then it'l cost more than the AGA to send to his place to machine! LOL

Whether they are rubber gasket design or not, a 3.6 mm wickhole can be cut into the AGA-T2s. I have such beasts, I'm vaping on one of them right now.

Cost me $13 a piece, done by a local machine shop. Considering I was spending upwards of $250 a month on cigarettes, this expense to vastly improve the vape is pocket change only.

Some batch of T2 don't use white silicone grommet. Did you read eHuman's story in my post? Here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/malaysia-forum/369474-aga-t-rebuildable-atomizer-25.html#post9119139
The ones without the white silicone grommet, ie. the ones with the thin orange o-rings can be cut to 4.0mm, but it seems they have been discontinued.

@eric,
Yeah, just did. But exactly how many of the early batch were made? Does @eHuman know roughly?

On another note, still waiting to be a Verified Member, at least i could look around at the Classifieds and get myself and AGA-T+, or the early batch of the T2s. As you pointed out, i could try ceramic wicks. As for now, dual SS mesh would do just fine.
Fiddled around with it yesterday. Cut a diagonal for the inner core and a normal for the outer layer. Rich flavored vapes. Don't know if it could hold a candle to ceramics.

That I don't know... Like Hello World said, "it seems they have been discontinued."...

I don't know whether it's me or what... But once I tried the ceramic wick, I never will go back to ss mesh. The flavor is totally different compare to ss mesh, so pure so real. I found many flavors are different taste compared between ss and ceramic, like my favorite french pipe, ceramic has more vanilla aroma. Cappuccino, ceramic has creamy taste but none on ss. Dragon Breath Butternilla, ceramic has sweet butter aroma but none on ss... I can tell there's some flavor I don't like but when I use it with ceramic wick and I began to like it. I'm going to try USA mix again with ceramic that I don't like it when I still use ss long ago. The only down side of ceramic wick is it clogged up(flavor muted) faster than ss, probably 2 tanks(T+). But it's too easy and fast to clean. Unscrew the positive and negative screw and thumb nut, with the coil still on the wick, rinse with tap water, absorb with tissue paper, torch the wick and coil, insert back and it vapes like new. Change the coil only when you feel it needed, and ceramic wick can use forever if you don't break it.
Now I'm on a new material ceramic I just found yesterday, white corundum. Check the end of my thread http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-alamak-omg-all-hail-porous-ceramic-wick.html if you're interesting. :D
