I've just bought an AGA T7 and I have what I perceive to be a problem with the filler hole grub screw. After wicking up and filling I screwed in the grub screw, and screwed and screwed, then the grub fell into the tank - no resistance in the thread and no lock off whatsoever. My question is, is this how it's supposed to work? My logic says no but I'm willing to be advised. BTW the supplier seems to be wilfully uncomprehending when I put this issue to them.
