Ok i got my Segeli Zmax V3 in today and was really excited, opend it up and the screen was scratch and some cosmetic blemishes. Contacted okcvapes and they are going to take care of it. Well i have to send the mod back and wait for mine to get there and then another one to get back, no biggie, so i go to charge my smok winder up and bam the damn charger go out. I dont have any shops near me were i can just go buy another ego charger, so now im going to be out of vaping for atleast 7 days and i really dont want to get any smokes. I havent had one is 20 days. Anyways im not upset with okcvapes at all, just aggravated that my ego charger bit the dust.

I have at least 2 of everything ...batteries , chargers and numerous delivery devices. I learned my lesson early in the game when my ego charger conked out and I had to go back to my V2 cig a like for a week. I just keep all my spares in a seperate drawer. I consider it my "store".

As for the screen...there should be a protective film on it. Try from a corner and it should peel off revealing a the nice screen underneath.
As for blemishes, only you know what you can live with. If I'm right about the screen protector, can you live with the blemishes and just vape that thing instead of returning it?

In the mean time, try going to a corner gas station and get a blu or another type ecig to get u by.

Staying off the analogs is important.


But keep in mind, that until you have a complete and working set up for vaping, theres no shame in smoking a cig or two to maintain your sanity.


My first experiments with vaping did not go well. The Blu and cheap Kr808 did not get me off the analogs because of all the problems I had with them.


It wasnt until I got my first quality 510 that the analogs went goodbye for good.

I was going to say the same thing. You should be able to buff out any minor scratches too - not that you should have to with a brand new mod, but my zmax had a tiny shadow of a scuff on the very tip that buffed out with just vigorous polishing.

Well this morning i wake up and take a hit off of my Zmax V3 and i slid my finger over the screen and i noticed it had a film on it so i pulled it off. The weird thing is yesterday when it came in, i assumed it had one on it but couldn't find it so i thought to myself, that is pretty crappy not to put a protective film over the screen. I am very relieved that the screen ended up being nice and clear.

eGo charger is a couple of bucks. Contact a near by online vender and get one within 2 business days.

You might want to see if some of the tobacco shops have a charger. Here in NC the tobacco outlets have started carrying limited supplies of batteries, chargers, and e-liquids.

Blu is 510 threaded so go buy the cheapest blu rechargeable kit. Instant charger + and extra junky battery for you. Walgreens has these if you have one of those near you.

I have 2 vaperers equipment to maintain, my wifes and mine. I have to buy more than just a couple of things cause every item I've bought 1 of a item, has been a good buy. So far in buying through vendors sites I've been disappointed and even baited and switched with some ego batteries. Since now I have been buying through co-ops our vaping experience has been nothing but exceptional.
Learning to rebuild coils is the single most valuable asset in my vaping experience. I'm sorry that you got a new item thats damaged but crap like that is why more and more people are buying out of coops cause there is no more once bitten twice shy the vendors give me and your getting genuine products, not bait and switch knockoffs.
