This AGI got me thinking...I like the vapor production of drip attys..but I like the Genesis because it has a tank. So I built the top like I would a RDA with a 3/4 wrap of ribbon kanthal on XC-116. Left some room to drop two tails of wick into the tank and drilled out my air hole to 1/16th. The result is what you see below. I'm currently half way through the tank of 100% VG (Grant's Custard). Not a dry hit and it vapes much like my nimbus..but a bit warmer. Has anyone ever done this before? I feel like I'm either on to something or late to the party....I'm thinking if I can get this working dual coil this could be a pretty sweet setup. But even single is hitting harder than my Genesis builds. I need some 1mm or 1.5mm ekowool to really set this off and I'm out of xc116. Thoughts?

i took a piece of copper stranded wire that after being twisted up fit perfectly inside of my spring, and tinned it really good with silver solder, put it inside the spring and trimmed it down just below the top two coils. put it in and havent had an issue with drop of,ect since.waiting on a fresh order of supplies right now, but ive got a .....in idea for a dual coil setup. once i get it built ill post pix.
