AGR tank help!

I am using a zmax v3 and an AGR tank. I know how to fill it correctly without forcing pressure into the carto. Im having leaking issues, suprisingly not from the carto flooding! Its leaking from in between the base and the locking base. I cant figure this thing out! Ive reassembled it multiple times and all the conections seem to be good and secure. Does anyone know what my problem is? Help please!!!

The only thing that I can think of is you may have cross threaded the locking connector or it isn't as secure as you think. I would try holding the carto with one hand and using needle nose pliers to secure the locking connector but put something around the connector so you don't damage it and be sure you have the carto pushed all the way into the carto hole.
