The carts on my eGo are gettin really really old to refill and keep topped off. I find it easier to just drip when Im at home but when im driving or at work its easier for me to use carts.

Im lookin into goin with cartomizers for simplicity (hopefully). They seem like they are the way to go since they hold so much juice. Wheres the BEST place to get the BEST cartos? I see at vaporkings they have blank ones made by two different places Boge and SLB. Whats the difference?

Ive tried to search and just cant find what im lookin for.

HELP!!! :D

I must admit to being confused by your post, TiMe...your CARTS are getting old?

You can re-use the plastic cart itself, ad nauseum, if it's not burnt around the edges or something..if you're referring to the polyfill INSIDE the carts, you can always rinse it out and blot it with a paper towel and you SHOULD be good to go.

BUT, the polyfill DOESN'T last forever. But, you can buy something like a 5 pound BAG of the stuff for around $2 or something similar.

I got a 5 pack of blank cartos from madvapes - around $9-10 for the pack - not sure if they are Boge or SLB but I think Boge from a pic I saw. They aren't bad - they have hte soft end caps that are easy to pry off with a bent paperclip. 2 of the 5 were awesome, 1 was ok and 2 were awful lol. They were cheap though so I didnt fuss - I still prefer to direct drip as I found the TH off the cartos was a lot stronger than I like.

TiMe, try this..you won't have to top up as often..

Here's what I do...see how long the polyfill is? Doesn't have to be. Take it out of the cart. Cut it into 3 separate pieces using SHARP scissors. Fill the empty cart up with liquid up to the little 'ledge' you see on there, where it goes into the atty. I can usually get anywhere between 10-13 drops in it. Then, take the LITTLE piece of polyfill and pop it back on the top, leaving about 1mm or less of space from the edge of the cart and you're good to go.

I buy my cartomizers from Healthcabin.net

Great prices, works out to about a little less than $1 per cartomizer. Can choose multiple colors, etc...

That way I buy one large order and use them till their done (20-30 refills, sometimes more.) I also find that when they get slow, I pop the white plastic cap off and insert a drip tip. Then I just drip away. Like new again until it really dies. Then I trash them. At the price point I don't worry about cleaning them. Some last me 2 weeks, a few have made it to a month. And it gives my atty's a break, which I tend to clean every 3-7 days.

I waited a long tme to try carto's but I'm glad I did. Variety vaping is the name of my game. Something to think about.

Screw all that noise.

I felt your exact same pain with the carts. I am completely satisfied with this setup now.

Get the KR808/901 adapter and then you can run Vapor4Life premium cartomizers. Why pay 8-10$ for knock off junk cartomizers.
They hold more liquid, flood less, better threaded, produce more vapor, more flavor, don't get as hot, last longer, I can go on all day. Just holding these cartomizers from V4L in your hand you can tell you are holding something that someone has spent some serious time on research and testing.

Just my $0.02 - but that came from wasting hundreds of $$ on other vendors junk.

Personally, my set up are 510 mega cartos from Nhaler, blank, soft tips for open and drip fill.

However, this set up works better on a 5-6v device since the resistance on them is higher so they're more in-line with higher volt vaping.

If you're rocking the 3.7v options then obviously the first thing you're going to want is to find one with a lower resistance so you don't immediately turn yourself off of cartos since the ones I use suck horribly at 3.7v with little draw, taste, and overall feel since it's just not getting it hot enough.

If you're an LR lover, there are LR cartomizers, I believe Bombdropsvapor has them, amongst other vendors. It might take some trial and error unfortunately, but everyone has a different perfect scenario.

If you haven't tried low res, and like the performance of normal resistance ranges, go with a 2.0-2.8 (max) resistance cartomizer. Anything in the 3 range and you're going to have severely decreased performance.

Off the top of my head, I'm completely unhelpful regarding vendors that have them in this specific range so maybe others can chime in on that as far as 510's go.
