    Somewhere between here and there
By looking at felt's join date, I would think that a year and a half would be enough time to get used to a pv. For some of us the pv alone doesn't get the job done. That's why several of us here in the smokeless forum have turned to nasal snuff and swedish snus. Snus works like no pv can. The whole tobacco alkaloids are not in the nicotine liquids. They are in snus and snuff. I tried very hard to make it with the pv alone. If I hadn't found out about snus, I would be smoking a pack and a half a day right now. I still vape a little to take care of the physical end of things. vaping does have a place in my arsenal but snus and snuff are what get the job done.

After 1.5 years and still no luck, I would say snuff or snus is definitely another alternate route for him.

going to try not to sound like an ... here because I do appreciate all the support an suggestions. Just give a bit of a background to try to clear up any misconceptions of me quiting smoking an my year an a half of pv use. I began using a pv as a convienience tool not a quit smoking tool. Within the past month I began to try to quit smoking and this past Sunday was when I started to exclusively use a pv an snuff/snus.
Again I'm not trying to sound like an ... just thought I should chime in since there have been a few comments about the length of me using a pv an I was not fully clear in the OP. (sorry if I sound like a ... just woke up and jonesing for a smoke. Lol pile of snuff here we come. :) )

ive find getting a new tat helps you work through it :)

Lol I was getting one and vaping away last week

Felt, I don't think you sounded like an ... at all in that post. Although if you had, I might not have noticed because I think I act like one sometimes. My point was simply that after using a pv for as long as you have that you probably have a pretty good handle on it.

That wasn't where I was goin. Just some comments by others came across to me as, give up an admit defeat on the pv since I've used it for so long. The comments probably just came across wrong to me since ive been on edge since i quit smoking. Your point was very valid an I appreciated that.

A very kind member sent me many samples to try, I'd be happy to send them on to you if you'd like them. :)

Thanks, guttermouth already sent me a generous care package of snuff and snus till my order arrived. The snus is nice for that quick hit in the morning.
