All over the place
my Smooth criminal is about 3 months but that is by design

others 2 and half to 3 and a half months old that I am finishing off now

jungle juice which got much better
Vecchio which I really like but want to see what further steeping does
apple and winter ww good but not reorders
tarte tartin apple I accidently got 70 vg which at one point made it really good but seems to be getting weaker now
boba tea I really like this one but vape here and there nice relaxing vape
sahara blend

mainly because I don't vape anything everyday a 30 ml can last me 4 months
even a 10 ml can last me 4 months as I try to see how it develops over time

I've purged so many times that I rarely keep anything over a year, but for some reason I do still have a V2 Sahara carto from 2011 and a Safecig carto of Trinidad from 2010. I don't know why I keep those, but I think it really is about the "relic" aspect. There are some early liquids I wish I had kept, but it's not really my thing to hold onto stuff for too long.

From Ahlusion I have a 30 mL (barely touched) of Gold Rising from the end of February last year. I ended up acquiring a lot of it, and somehow that bottle never really got touched. I doubt it will ever really dwindle much considering I don't love it like I used to and I still have more. I finally discarded my 2012 bottle of CPBT-- it turned out to not be a great longer-than-a-year steeped liquid. For some reason I can't bring myself to chuck the GR though -- can't explain it.

p.s. Eleanor may remember this one: I do still occasionally look for that lost 30 mL of Smooth Criminal from 2012! But, even though the other house is empty now (mostly), it never showed its face. :( Man, I sure would love to find a 2 year old untouched 30 mL of SC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmm...I no longer own the juices I had from about a year ago -- I vaped all but Vecchio Blend, lol. When I PIF'd, it was maybe 9 months old? Tried it before passing it on. Currently I have some Peachy Criminal from last July. Oh, and some Honey Cured from June 2013.

In the non-Ahlusion department: Gorilla Juice, Boba's Bounty, Blend 4, Christy's Cappucino, Blueberry Crumb from November 2012, Vita Bella from February 2013, some Vapealicious (Golden Gate Punch, Peach Bellini Tea, and something that is melon flavored) from January 2013, Legend (Gandalf is on the bottle) from September 2012. I'm sure there's about 7 to 10 I'm missing.

Hey, how's that Vita Bella and Gandalf? That's sweet that you still got a bottle of Gandy!

If you ever want to chuck the PC, please think of me. ;)

That's the reason I've not depleted that bottle -- I think shortly after I got it, they had to change the name. I last dripped a little maybe 5 months ago and I still enjoyed it. That's the most comfortable I am with a "pipe" tobacco. The Vita Bella............let's just say I'm team Dusty_D.

Jerms (or anyone), what is the oldest liquid that you still have from your first days of purchasing? Do you still have any relics lying around? What about your oldest Ahlusion liquid?

No, this isn't to compare the age of my oldest juice to the stuff some of you happen upon in your BASEMENTS! :)

The oldest one I have laying back in my vaperoom is ME, and anything I consider 'old' is because I had it ONCE, and even tho I'm willing to give it another chance after a very long steep, I'm hesitant that it will still be gross.

Gambler by MOV is it's name and it sits next to Red Oak Tennessee Cured 100% VG by Johnson Creek

Does your IGO-W have two airholes? If so, need to cover one up if only using one coil, just one hole that points right at the coil and the coil as close to the airhole as you can get it. If it's just one big airhole I'd bring it back and exchange the cap for one with the normal stock airhole it comes with if you can. All of my drippers I leave the airhole stock, so the draw is similar to other stuff. Big airholes are for doing lung hits with very low resistance coils for cloud chasers.

Not I. My stuff gets vaped, gifted, or tossed, I don't keep around juice I'm not using. Except Ravyn, still have some of that.

Mine has just the one big hole. I do have it right in front of the coil. I do not think he will take it back. The shop owner sold it to me. Not the guy that drilled it and taught me the coil rebuild. Is it possible to get another top?

TexasVet, I was so concerned with depleting my juice supply and with my flavor chasing ways when I began vaping that I just bought, bought, bought. Then I tried Ahlusion and those other juices unfortunately were placed by the wayside. I found most of the other vendor's juices good; it was bad for them because after I was able to order from Ahlusion and try their juices; I've tried maybe 2 other vendors in the meanwhile.

Thank you, It actually is a Version one from GP that I added a new switch and top cap for an updated version. This is the standard GP v2.5
KUsVNaI.jpg

To follow up Akdare, The past versions will no longer be produced as the V3 is among us and will sport new caps and buttons.
GP buttons/switches are known throughout as the top out there. I am asked on the Caravela forum to sell them so they can use them. I also use them. Pedro's switches are fantastic but, nothing compares to a GP.
The 2.5 and earlier switches and the caps will fit on any 20x1 threaded tube but, George and Perseas have calibrated the threads as close as humanly possible for the PAPS so that the conductivity suffers little loss.(more parts more loss).
The new switches will also be vented so we will lose the holes in the tube for battery venting. The vents will be hidden behind the housing.
GP sees all of their devices to be connected and evolve on their own taking history with their new production.

I honestly would consider the PAPS X for you as it is an all in one device and gorgeous.
Here is a bit of a blog that will give some insight.

Thanks Idaholandho and also to Vagabondnurse, Akdare and new kid, great feedback.
Things get complicated fast and now you've shown me, very pricey! WOW! :) (added to my reconsider later list)

Much the same for me. I was loyal to MOV for a year after trying HHV, AIV, and a few others. Last March started to trickle in some Ahl and finally realized the flavor difference and quality. As I did enjoy a their tobacco line I have ordered nothing but Ahl now for 3 months. I may try a few top shelf tobaccos but, my fantastic wife and I are loyal to Ahlusion....and GVC. I only regret not fully committing a year ago. :)

Never a problem, enjoy your vaping style. Always vape within your budget, vaping isn't a competition. :)
Visit the threads anytime, just a great welcoming family at your service. A few of us have been known to help a brother or sister out as well when the time comes.
It's much like a communal group and and very refreshing that includes Perseas. We post pics of any mod any atty, build pictures and share help on anything vape related.
Most don't believe it until they stalk the thread for 2 months watching it and finally post a hello. :)

Like getting vape mail so often that you could barely even remember the initial purchase! LOL.

I've come across very few juices that I flat-out dislike, really only one that I can think of. I started with the most popular vendors here and I've found that they're popular for a reason -- a lot of people like some aspect of them, be it price versus taste, taste alone, packaging, customer service. This forum has a big influence with regards to generating business for online retailers.

I ordered from too many of the "wrong" places to start out, but only one liquid that made me want to call Earl! And that was from a, err, highbrow type of vendor. LOL Highbrow Malt! YUK MOUTH.

LOLOLOL, that does not sound appealing. I feel extremely lucky in this regard. I am a "safe" vaper, if you will. The only juices I'm willing to try out of my comfort flavor zone are Ahlusion ones. Then I consider going to other vendors to compare..............then I say, naw girl, you better not do it.

You're right! Vaping triumphed over cigs a long time ago!:lol::lol:
You got that right. I just don't fancy the Douchebags who feel that since they have spent more money and others are using basic vaping equipment they have no time to help or treating someone different because the 15.00 dripper isn't 150.00. I have a hard time with elitists in my world. I have earned a yellow card or two....sniff...maybe three....for my comments to the "chosen ones" lol because of this.
We are all in this together to stay healthy and bring the Man down. Not to be confused with the ummm Mann :)

You couldn't be more right. All it takes its one thread or post. I guess it could really go either way. Very influential, very.

Yes, with the few vendors I have juices from, they are already losing ground on my list of re-orders. There are only a couple of reasons for this.

One is, that I've learned that the 'tobacco' flavor isn't what I was chasing when I started, tho' I thought that was what vaping was about.

Folks here have convinced me that the good stuff is either RY4 (classic-custom) or NET.

The "List of Vendors who use Natural Tobacco - compiled by billherbst" listed Ahlusion as 'the 800 lb. gorilla of in-house NETs'

Not knowing the history of NETs or the thread Natural Tobacco I didn't understand the reference. Until lately :)

So, the results, for me, so far, are;

MOV gives me Full Virginia Flake RY4 (FVFRY4), Southern Gentlman sometimes

GeJ GJ4 (gunky), Organic#1, Patriot

Heathers Heavenly Vapes is all about Heavenly Army

Ahlusion is pushing everything else I have to the back of the shelf.

This due to my having more Ahl juice I like already than the others I have/like combined.

800 lb gorilla anyone? I'm glad it's in Michigan :D

Lifes to short for that. Go for it.

(Did someone just call me an enabler?)

Edit: Before you buy a fancy one, you might want to try something simple, like an inexpensive mechanical with an easy rebuildable like an IGO-W or Kayfun/Russian clone. Then once you play with it see if its something you want to spend the cash on.
