I have no qualms with criticizing anyone. At all. I don't, however, like seeing criticism over someone just not liking a flavor, or saying "what kind of business model is it to close after a certain time?" If they haven't treated you right, flame away. You get no resistance from me.

If anything, I think since they have expanded, more is falling through the cracks. The funny part is that people swore they wanted more of everything, but the sad part I am seeing is that more sometimes creates more problems.

Yeah, I do agree with the first part of your post, completely. Always have or would have found another vendor, you know? ;) I understood, it was a quality thing and I agreed with it. I shop at AiV also, they are only open limited hours, and I consistently get good stuff from them. These store aren't Walgreens, lol.

But yeah, some kind of human response would have been nice, even if just contact your post office. I'm trying to take care of my stuff, I have to move, my first surgery is next week, I'm looking at 3 months of surgery, then recovery, then surgery again and recovery. I told them that, I'm not looking for a sob story or anything, I was asking for help. With my order, lol. I ordered something from another company who sells "gourmet" vendors, it looked like the package was stuck, thankfully, I got it today. :) But I got a response from them. My shipping date was supposed to be today, my mail has passed. It isn't here.

I agree, some things are falling through the cracks. And they'll hear about it in my next e-mail, I promise you that. One of the things that was great about Ahlusion was they had great customer service. That seems to be going a bit by the wayside. I just got my correct sized bottle of Chai yesterday. I let them know waaaaay before my orders went out. I was cool with it, I just rolled with it. I asked for Raspberry Cream, I got mixed up Raspberry surprise. (Seriously, they told me what they made, it wasn't even close). Rolled with it again. Then the sample fiasco, that response was terrible. Got aggravated but dealt with it. But this? At least respond to me. You could resend my tracking info, couldn't you have responded to me. And reactivated my coupon code? LOL. I have two, not sure why one isn't working, hasn't been two weeks. Got it on 11/8. Should be fine, says it's invalid. I sent them something about that too.

Feels like something someone should know. I'd think it would be something Wlad would definitely want to know. I should be pretty close to getting that discount thing.

Anyways, sorry, vent or rant over.

One thing rarely mentioned about the Xpress Line, is that the 30ml bottles are plastic. So if you have a preference for glass bottles, you might be inclined to order from their regular line. If you don't care either way, then it shouldn't be an issue.

Ya I found that out the hard way.. even though there's a big picture on the website of the pet drippers, which I didn't notice until after I ordered. But for this reason, I don't even look at express anymore. I like glass. Course its fine for my freebies come in plastic.. so yeah I'm a total hypocrite.

In the meantime, I'll hold out hope that somebody has a specfici thread that might be super helpful.
I know at least that I'm past the "starter kit" phase. Been through two of those. And I'm actually totally happy with the EVODs -- they couldn't be simpler, and I've had zero issues with them, no leaking or any of that, but I'm curious about getting different (better) results from mah juices. I'm not even so much looking for specific product recommendations, so much as, say, if I want to drip, do I need a tank? Or is dripping really limited to actually dripping drops right on the atomizer? Or, I know I don't want to get into rebuildables necessarily, so what type of device does that leave? And, let's say I choose a non-RBA, what storage options do I have? How do I sort out which tip is compatible with which tank is compatible with which battery, etc, etc...... {see my head exploding?}

So, again, not looking here for direct answers to those questions here, but for pointers to threads or even articles that clear these kinds of basic questions up in one handy place. Just for the sake of clarification.:laugh:

Bustamelon--seems to me we're in the same boat. First, let me apologize in advance for what is going to be a small thread hijacking...

I started vaping exclusively on Sept. 4th of this year using a V2cig starter set. I only knew one person who was vaping and that is what they were using. Didn't realize what else was available at the time, just wanted to quit smoking. Two weeks later, I went to one of the only two B&M shops around here and picked up an eGo type VV kit they recommended. Much better but still not doing it for me.

Finally found my way to the ECF and looked around--esp. on this thread. Based on feedback, ordered the itaste MVP 2.0 vv/vw. Love it so much that I have another being delivered tomorrow. Great battery life and performance, esp. compared to my generic eGo setup. I already had a Kanger Mini Protank II (#2 on the way to me tomorrow), a Davide Mini Glassomizer (untried as of now), a 510 bridgeless atomizer for dripping, a SMOK Tumbler tank (trying today) and an Aurora BFT (using now). Just ordered more heads (interchangeable with all of my tanks) at 2.5 ohms & 1.8 ohms plus two more atomizers (1.8 & 2.8). Disliked the Kanger at first due to the cool and airy vape but then I pulled one wick (so I thought--actually pulled both) and love it now. I'm torn on the Aurora but like the option of "dripping" on the go. I store my atty with the little carto condom/caps that came with some cartomizers I had. I've found that the change in hardware has much improved my vaping experience, opening up the subtleties of flavors in my Ahlusion juices.

Just a peek into the beginning of my journey into the world of vaping. Hope this was of some help.

LOL, I've been using my free eGo twist I got yesterday, that's been kind of nice! :) It's not one off my VV or VV/VW APVs, but still really nice of them to send that to me as a "get well present". I think it's 1100 mah. Here she is:

Gives me a bit of the warm fuzzies, as do my other get well presents I have received from my other 3 vendors: NOLA Vape (good stuff, yummy, waiting on the Vanilla Apricot to steep but I can tell already that one and the Thai Iced Tea and Creme de Chai, dang it my whole order, will be winners) :D , Nicoticket, a flavor off menu I wanted to try, and AiV a bottle of liquid. I feel appreciated and lurved by them at the moment! :D

Ok just curious, I'm confused... what's going on here? First class shipping is the cheapest option, Priority is the upgraded 2 day shipping (never seems to get here faster.. not ahlusions fault) and you pay a couple bucks extra for it unless your order is over $50, then its upgraded for free... Which one did you get? Was your package lost or not delivered?

I know it says on the website that they won't take responsibility for your package after it leaves the facility. I always debate when I order because with first class shipping, there is no insurance.. not sure what happens if it would get lost or damaged in transit. But with priority, I know you're covered up to $50 from the post office..

It's ok to talk about problems with your order, I think. I would say something if I had an issue too. Luckily I haven't tho.. Sorry you're having trouble.

Hi Sharon! :) I wrote them, I had placed 4 orders, I have not received one. Was supposed to be shipped today, is still in transit. I notified them, but I did ask if I should reorder as it seems my order is stuck in somewhere and these were things I wanted/needed before my operation next Friday. I got no human response, just the same shipping thing they sent out before. And that is where I am upset. I know they have no control over USPS, I was just asking for help, I have a long three months ahead of me, as I said, surgery, then recovery, another surgery then more recovery and PT at the end of it all.

I had one that was stuck on electronic shipping info receive from a "gourmet vendor". I wrote to them, and actually got a response. Might not have been super helpful, but I got one, lol! I have had a rash of problems with Ahlusion this past month, you can see my post. :) On the Chai Latte, I actually put on my notes, hey, this came out to the wrong size but I paid for 30 mL. Still got 10 mL. A little frustrating.

I do love my Ahlsuion liquids, but their customer service has gone to heck in a hand basket, compared to what it was before hand. I also need a coupon revalidated as I received it on 11/8 and it doesn't work, I sent in feedback.

So with all the problems, this kind of felt like a slap in the face. Especially with all I have going on. Send me a human response or something.

So I am a little upset and trying to reorder my stuff but I used one coupon code, sent them an e-mail about the second, which is technically the first one I received but doesn't work, says it's invalid even though I got it 11/8. Just trying to get my stuff done! And has to be done today! :)

As I said, not looking for a sob story or anything, but a little compassion and humanity would be so nice.

Just FYI- Royal Tease got reordered! :laugh: It has turned into a creamy cherry vape, but I cannot discern everything in there. Extremely yummy, and somewhat pereplexing and seems to be a little fizzy! I think it's pretty darned good, definitely worth a try! :)

After a night in the clearo, I can't figure out exactly what it is, but I honestly don't care, it's yummy! ;)

Ok just a couple thoughts: You say you've made four orders and not received any... Do you have four separate tracking numbers for each of the orders? I'm sure you know this already, but you can look up your tracking number on USPS.com and it will tell you the status. You want to look for an "acceptance" status.. that means a physical package has been received and scanned and is on its way to you.

For the orders you do not have confirmation numbers on... Check your account on ahlusions website and make sure the status is "confirmed". If its not confirmed, it is probably not being processed and you will need to order again. There have been a couple people come forward that this has happened to.

Also, I think since you're dealing with multiple orders and more than one problem, I really think you'd be better off to CALL them and get everything worked out in one fell swoop. I know in text format, I am confused to death about what's going on with your stuff.. so I can imagine that they might be feeling the same at ahlusion hq, in a fast paced work environment with a bunch of new hires. This may be the reason you're nor getting a good result.. because they just aren't understanding what the issues are.

Again, sorry for all your troubles. I do think you'd have better success just giving them a call though.

I love their liquids, and I know how people take others criticizing Ahlusion. Not allowed.

My persective may be different, but I really haven't seen a problem with criticizing Ahlusion in this particular thread. Maybe some take issue when people are critical, but the majority is fine with it. Maybe I'm wrong, wouldn't be the first time, but I've never felt the need to hold back. Besides, if someone has a problem with what I say, I look at it as their problem and not mine.

If the shipping prices go up with FedEx, I'm gonna be voicing some very strong disapproval with that decision. I'm already not too happy about it even if the shipping cost doesn't go up.

And the others were confirmed delivered, this was the first one sent out, it still says "in Transit", delivery date was supposed to be today.

And I have no doubt, I'm honestly not super demanding, if you look at my recent list of problems, I have never once erm, fussed at them just sent out the polite e-mail. :) I don't work like that, I have been in customer service, it can be rough.

The Post Office will call if they get an update. I just reordered that danged stuff. Probably shouldn't have, but I did, and well, it's not like I don't like it, lol.

I understand about the calling but headache/migraine is returning and I have had NO luck when calling them before, have had to do so a couple of times. I did make their response far more clear as they sent me the exact info on the package I am having trouble with, they understood.

Just disappointed.

Hmmm.. well worst case scenario is you're going to end up with duplicate orders. If the package is scanned at multiple post stations its definitely on its way to you.

I've had packages show up later than the "estimated day of delivery" too. That's the post office for ya! They don't even want to hear your complaints until its 2 weeks after it supposed to be delivered lol. I don't know how/why you can fault ahlusion for that though. If they shipped your order within 3-5 business days, they fufilled their end of the obligation.

Received my Nico order today of Altered State and Grape Cotton Candy. The GCC smells like grape kool-aid, I kinda want to drink it. May have to buy some grape kool-aid to drink today.

I kind of laught at me getting excited about receiving a GCC vape. I avoid any candy vapes. I also don't like fruit vapes that don't taste authentic to the fruit, and a CC vape should taste like candy grape by definition. Still, even though it'll be a novelty vape for me, nothing like the taste of cotton candy to bring back fond childhood memories. That stuff was the BOMB when I was a kid.

Worst case scenerio for me, I end up REALLY digging it an go on a candy vape spree. If that happens I may not admit it though. It'll be like sneaking candy as a child.

Sharon- I know, trying not to hit the panic button, wait, already did, lol! This was the first one that went out, it's strange that it's still in transit. Worst case scenario, I end up with two bottles of Sweet Cherry Something, not a bad thing from my perspective, lol. I really do like that vape! So I used both of my coupons today. Well, actually worst case scenario is it never arrives.

I just want to make sure everything is ready to go by next Friday, seems strange, but I don't think being one handed for the next few months is going to make things easy, even if those hands are switching out after about a 6 week period. I want everything in hands and good to go. Don't want to have to worry at the last minute. And oddly enough, I get the majority of my packages before the scheduled delivery date, lol. Two that were supposed to be here tomorrow arrived today.

I don't know. I do know that that Royal Tease is indeed a tease, but pretty darned good IMHO, good enough to reorder! Very interesting vape. So trying to chill now, lol! Maybe I didn't need to reorder but maybe I really did. Who knows? And as I said, if USPS comes through, then I'll just wind up with two bottles, not a terrible problem since I do love that vape. :D I will say this, my local post office was VERY helpful! Pleasant surprise.

Fancypants, I've had the same issue with Ahlusion and other vendors' packages arriving later than the USPS scheduled arrival date. Sometimes it's off by a couple of days. So it might be a bit early to hit the panic button. Hopefully, it gets to you by tomorrow.

I agree I use priority mail for business and I run into this once In a while

we had the answer a page or 2 back they use the alternatives you mentioned before

I had prev vaped 15 ml of VC also 15 ml VC from Velvet cloud ( I guess same with that as well)

I have a 50 ml of Crème burlee I've had only 3 ml so far

Struggling with the idea of tossing it

But I wont order again

Do you think t would be ok to vape at least half

I only vape these kinds at like 3 ml or so a week

or would it really be better to toss it

I would be interested in the Creme Burlee if your looking to sell it...what nic level is it?
