Hello everyone! I'm a new member to ECF but I have spent a few months reading here, lurking I guess. Anyway, I've been vaping for 5 months now, and my e-liquid journey has so far been Mt. Baker (one time was enough for me there), Kalamazoo Vapor Shop (also 1 time only), I finally found some juices I actually like at Mister-e-liquid, Alien Visions, Nicoticket and Roar Vapor.

Hailing from Michigan, I am interested in supporting businesses here, and I discovered Ahlusion and I'm very interested, but I haven't ordered anything yet. I've been reading here to do some research on them first, and I will be making an order soon. I like mixes of fruits, creams, coconut, and tobacco blends that are on the warm, sweet side. I'm not into straight hard-core tobaccos and menthols at this point. I like strong flavors and complex juices best.

Since this is the place for those who know and like Ahlusion, could you please jump in and give me some advice on a first purchase? Any guidance will be very much appreciated!

Two words: Smooth Criminal. Two more words: Peachy Criminal.

Whole lotta words: Ahlusion has some great juices in those categories you listed. So many, it's hard for me to recommend. I recommend perusing the site and if a flavor sounds like it would be good for you, order it. I feel confident in saying that any juice you order will taste like its description. Some may take a little longer than others to reach potential, but they'll get there.

Better yet, look to see if they have that flavor in the xpress line. You will save a little dough and it's steeped for circa 2 weeks. The ratio is prefixed, though, with the xpress juices.

Creams:

Lime Cream, a fan favorite
Lemon Cream, MY favorite
Pineapple Cream

Tobaccos:

Either Criminal (may be best to get them xpress if you can)
Anything from the Wild Wood line.

Fruits: Too many to list, better to narrow it down to whatever fruits you enjoy and order every one that has it.

Teas: Ahlusion has them on lock -- choose one that sounds good and it will be.

My recommendations would be blueberry vanilla cake for a bakery vape and smooth criminal for a sweet tobacco

after spending months trying a bunch of tobaccos I fell in love with the wild wood line. I think i am going to venture into the teas next as I have really only tried boba tea and chi yen but boba tea was so good I never really tried any others

I've only tried Caramel WildWood and I'm on my 2nd bottle right now ... I have an order on the way and I took the plunge on the Vanilla Wildwood ... hopefully it's good !

Have you tried any of the others in the wildwood line ? if so, I would love to know your thoughts on them ! :)

Thank you, Blacks_n_Jacks. Your enthusiasm is catching! I'm beginning to get excited about this. The only trouble is, too many of the juices on the site look like something I would like a lot, and I need to narrow it down to a reasonable first order, somehow.

I've been ordering from Ahlusion for over a year, and still have trouble narrowing it down every time I order. They have such a big selection, and seem to do about everything well. I won't be running out of new things to try from them for quite a while.

Yep, the first order is the hardest, LOL.

Choose one from each "category" for now.

Wait till the weather improves. We'll take a trip to Ahlusion and you can try 60 or 70 juices. All the rest of the Michigan folks here too!

Hi there ! I'm new to vaping myself, but Ahlusion is the only juice I now buy, after buying from NUMEROUS online retailers ...

My first tobaccos from them were Smooth Criminal, Sahara Blend, and Caramel Wildwood .. I fell in love with all three, so much so that on my 2nd order I ordered more of the above, then tacked on Desperado, Shipwreck, and Bluegrass Burley .. . .. those are still steeping but I have on my 3rd order, which is on the way, Peachy Criminal and Vanilla Wildwood .. .

I honestly believe in my heart that any of the tobaccos from Ahlusion would satisfy me without any doubt !

Got a call from FedEx this morning. Apparently my apartment number wasn't put on my Ahlusion order (but it was on the shipping address of the confirmation email I got from A+) so they couldn't deliver it. I gave them the apartment number but it won't be delivered until tomorrow now. I can see the same happening with my other order that is scheduled to be delivered on Friday. I'm really not liking this whole FedEx thing but at least they have my phone number to call me about it.

My order placed on Jan 1 is set to deliver on Jan 14. I have 2 packages that shipped the 7th and will be delivered the 14th. I've just been seriously spoiled with the 3 day delivery by USPS. FedEx home to Alaska sucks but I can learn to live with it. I've also gotten used to ordering $50 every 2 weeks so I guess I'll just do it once a month and spend $75. I'm hoping the coupon codes will be timed right.

If you create an account at FedEx you can leave detailed delivery instructions. You can put your apartment number there. Mine have been set to leave at the door for a couple of years and they just ring the bell and drop it off. They usually deliver in my area after 6 pm. Hopefully others (like Jerms) can come up with an option for delivery.

I placed an order with fasttech on Dec 27 and it got here 2 days ago!!

You can't go wrong with any of the cream flavors! Pineapple and Lime are my favorites. The coconut is really good so you would probably really like Coconut Dream. Also, Coco-Berry cream is delicious. For fruit mixes I like Cantal-Berry Ice, Luna Fortuna, Rune, Sweet Surrender, Pink Label, and Red, White, and Blueberry. The fruit mixes are complex and very flavorful. I get them all unsweetened (they are sweet enough already) and with no mint or menthol. I do get the Coco-Berry Cream sweetened, I haven't tried it without sweetener yet. Fijian Nights (unsweetened) is another favorite. It is kind of a Piña Colada with spices.

The black teas are amazing. I prefer them over tobacco blends. Caramel Pear Black Tea, Black Pomegranate Tea, Berry-Shangri-La, and Vanilla Black Tea are my favorites.

According to FedEx, our shipments are being made via SmartPost, which generally means, through my past experience, that they'll be dropped off at the local post office for delivery.

I was making sure that I got a text message when it was out for delivery, and this is what I observed:

HtvEsu

d4CX15

So, we'll see if this is all to do about nothing. I sure hope so. I hate it that people are so worried.

Ive tried those two and the cherry and love them all I think I am just in love with the wild wood tobacco in general and would prob order plain wild wood if they offered it so I just stuck with flaors I knew I would love and was really impressed with the cherry. Was expecting the same artificial cherry and ended up with the best cherry I have ever tasted the vanila in my opinion is less sweeter so its a great change when Im really not in the mood for the sweeter flavors. I switch over to them when my taste for smooth criminal fades

You know, I wasn't going to go there...but I'm glad someone did!

I hope the lovely SharonMM understands I didn't mean anything but chuckles here, at nobody's expense. It didn't even occur to me when I posted it that I might be "going there" but now I'm rethinking. We all typo!

Thanks everyone! I'm here taking actual notes! I'm definitely getting some great advice to begin. Coco-Berry Cream will be first on the order, for sure. Haven't decided about which tea or tobacco yet. Maybe a fruity one, too. How about coffees? Recommendations, anyone?

Peachy Criminal is all those in one juice. Desserty, fruity, tobacco...just everything to me. If you didn't know, it's my favorite juice. :2cool:

Bukket, y cherry y, and I'm sure so many others love the Berry Shangri-La tea. Fruity black tea, with a light coconut exhale.

How about a coffee AND tobacco?? JG Blend

Ok, just coffee? I like Cafe Au Lait and Kent's Blend, it took a while for me to like them, though. About a month.

A fellow Michigander, hello! It's snowing again here right now, as if we needed any more. Taking a trip to Ahlusion would be amazing. Sounds like a lot of fun, but do they really let you try them out? I've never been to an actual Vape B&M shop, so forgive me if I sound a little silly not knowing what to expect.
