So I got a couple of orders delivered this week, and have several "new to me" flavors. I'd love to hear impressions, thoughts, or steeping time recommendations from anyone who has tried them.

I got: Mimosa Cocktail--Passionfruit, Orange Dreamsicle, Pineapple Cream, Grape Vine (Xpress, so probably doesn't need much steeping), and Moonlight Serenade. For some reason, I got the MS w/Breeze, which I don't remember doing, but I do like a little light menthol in fruit vapes sometimes, so it will probably be fine.

Anyway, I'd love to hear any thoughts on those!

Good for him and Nicoticket for being upfront and honest about their ingredients. I give him a lot of credit for putting that up on his site. That is the type of info we can ask for in our vendors. Hopefully other vendors will follow suit. Good for him.

Has anyone looked at the disclaimer on the Nicoticket site recently? It's changed and now includes this: "This liquid does NOT contain Diacetyl, but it *does* contain Acetoin and Acetyl Propionyl. It is literally impossible to produce a "custard note" without some combination of the flavorings above."

I'm actually really impressed to see that.

Sorry I can't help on any of those flavors.... I've been meaning to try Grape Vine and Orange Dreamsicle. I'm with you on the droppers....I transfer to plastic bottles for the same reason.

I did some flavor testing today on an order that was placed 12/26....I forget when I got it. This order was interesting for me; many flavors new to me. I was surprised how I felt about some of them.

Cocoa Blend: Wow. I know about the caveat on the web site---don't shoot me for saying this but I really could have used something like this when I first quit smoking. I've never tasted anything like this before (and it is my first aromatic from Ahl).

W&A Sarsparilla: Love this. To me, it's like sarsparilla +. There is something in there that sort of gives it an herbal quality. I think. BTW, I am spelling it the way I always thought it was spelled. :)

Boba Tea: When I first opened this I thought I smelled coconut, among other things. Today, I swear there is a hint of toasted coconut, or something very similar. Who cares - it's really good!
Edit: I ordered the plain Boba Tea.

Ginger Apple Tea: I taste the tea and the ginger; the apple is barely there. I knew the teas were good - but he has nailed just the right amount and quality of ginger. I wish it had just a bit more apple.

Sweet Cherry Something: Very real tasting - but for me, a little on the faint side.

Poppin' Peach, Watermelon Jubilance, Berry Potter and Mimosa Cocktail Blackberry - as usual, hit the nail on the head with fruits.

The ones I kept dripping were the Boba Tea and Berry Potter.

Hey Lisa, the apple in Ginger Apple Tea will appear, I've had it since mid- to late-November.

Lisa I find the aromatics better as drippers than in tanks for sure. I do like them but as you say, they can knock your socks off. Sarsaparilla was one I couldn't even vape...isn't that funny. Many people like it I just couldn't. I should say..the flavor is spot on just not one I could vape. I love to drink teas but for me vaping those doesn't work out well either...guess I'm just a tobacco or fruit girl so I'm in good hands with Ahlusion. This winter is going to be long and I'm going to be so ready for Vapebash....got a little nervous the other day with the new bans on indoor vaping but from what I understand Vapebash shouldn't be effected.

Thanks - good to know. I realize it's still been a relatively short time. I'm just impatient!

Iowa, thank you....the aromatics will definitely have a place in my vaping routine. it's in Rosemont....which has casinos. Rosemont would only comply if there was a state wide ban. I hope there is crowd control at this one!

I've got a question... I ordered some juice during the Black Friday sale. It is labeled with an expiration date of 05/14. So 6 months, right? I just recently ordered some express juice during the Spartan sale. It's labeled 03/14. Should I believe that it has steeped 3 months? The reason I'm asking, and I know I'm comparing 2 completely different juices, on two different attys, but the express juice is much better. Here's what I've got:

Smooth Criminal in a Kayfun mini in dripper mode ordered in November, NOT express.

Caramel Wildwood in a Reomizer ordered in December, Express

The CWW is much better...I get a predominant smoky tobacco, not really much caramel, but I can tell there is something in there tempering the strong taste of the tobacco.

The SC still has a bit of a funk to it, and a slight ashtray taste on the exhale. I would have thought it would have been at least a little better than when I tasted it a month ago...

Thoughts?

If you're like me the, which you may be, the Smooth Criminal will only get better. I never taste any sort of ash in it, but I still recommend coming back to it later, or even trying it in different set-ups along the way.

As to the shelf-life and shelf-sat, I don't know, but I imagine you're right about how long it's been on the shelf. Who knows, maybe that's why they were on sale??

I'm not sure if the Xpress exp date is 6 months from when the batch is made, but I would guess that's the case.

As far as the flavor difference, my guess there is that you just like CWW more than SC.

I know one thing, if Wlad sells his XPress liquids for discounts as they near the "expiration date," then I know exactly who he can give them to the day of or the day before the expiration date!!!!! Gimme dat!

Yeah, he should charge MORE for three-month-old juice. I don't get where it came from; they're always out of it!

I often think my taste buds are borked...I have lost count on how many tobacco juices taste like ashtray to me. Not giving up on SC, as many on this thread don't start loving it until the 3 month mark...and I agree with you, I like to try different attys with juices before giving my final thumbs up or down.

And like Jerms says, I might just like CWW better...I seem to remember that it was discussed that it was quite sweet when fresh...mine is not sweet at all, that's why I asked about how long ya'll think it's steeped.

I have some CWW that's almost four months old, and while it doesn't taste as sweet as it does fresh, it's still definitely sweet.

In this week: Coconut Dream, Apple Ginger Tea, and Raspberry Mint. The coconut is one of, if not the only, coconut vape I've ever had that didn't have a funky wax taste to it. As I posted elsewhere, coconut usually tastes like crayons smell to me. No idea why. LOVE this one. The apple tea is steeping..gave it a little sample and it's a bit bizarre which tells me it needs some time. Raspberry mint is very nice. Heavier on the mint than the raspberry which I am willing to bet will change. That one is going to sit a bit too. Everything already has a week steep on it..it was awaiting shipment for three days then had another 4 to get here.

My Ahlusion budget is to order one 60 mL and 1 new flavor in 30 mL (I won't buy the 10 mL..too expensive in the long run and I haven't had a flavor yet that wasn't at least good enough to finish) or two new 30 MLs. It's SO HARD!!! I have so many I still want to try!!

Ordered today: 60 mL coconut dream and 30 mL peppermint bark. I'll try more tobaccos eventually but apparently my palate isn't very refined ..I mostly like sweets, fruits and desserts :D And tea. I like tea. For those who have had the peppermint bark..is it a dark liquid?

Edited to add: The order this week also included a 60 mL of mango lassi. God I love that stuff! I went a little nuts on the last order..totally blew my budget but hey, who am I to let a 24% discount go to waste???

I just got some Sweet Cherry Something, and I agree, it's too faint on the cherry. But what is there, I like. I just want it to be... more. Next time around I'm going to try that Boba Tea.

You've got to be patient with those cherries! They'll show up eventually, along with the something,
