I miss the "what's new" from the previous Allusion site. I am about to order and I like to see what the last few flavors were. I know most the others and I like to try new ones every order....
The first three flavors on the home page are the three most recent flavors added. However, I would prefer to be able to see more.
So - do you guys want to start an Ahlusion Social group? If so - we have to name moderators for it and apply for it.
I don't think we should start a social group and give ECF any excuses whatsoever to shut down this thread that is in a sensible location. What percentage of people are going to be able to figure out that they should go to the social groups to find advice and help for Ahlusion juices?
We stay on topic other than the odd foray into hardware. Also, keeping up with this thread can be a challenge and I doubt too many people would have the time to keep up with two Ahlusion threads.
I think the hardware discussions are particularly helpful for people who might be still be using newbie gear that is muting the layers and complexity of Ahlusion juices. Getting gear advice from a group of people who are self-selected flavor chasers rather than cloud chasers seems very useful and on-topic to me.
Word; maybe the first post in a thread could be edited to add "sticky information" and updated as needed. That would cut down on 99% of the "Hey, does Ahlusion give samples?" questions. Or people could, just maybe, use the "search thread" function available in both the PC site and app.
Good idea but not practical for any info that might ever need to be changed. There is a time limit on editing posts and ECF seems to feel pretty strongly about not changing that. Does anyone know if there is a time limit on editing ECF blogs? A blog might work for explaining Ahlusion's sample policy.
The truth of the matter is that some people are adept at search and will use it and some people won't due to a lack of skill or sometimes laziness. There is so much stress that can be involved in transitioning to vaping and the health stakes are so high that I personally don't mind answering the same question for the 999th time.
dripped some Vecchio yesterday and have Vurley should be in my mailbox today
It was the first aero I've tried and wanted to get some while I still had some Vecchio
because the vanilla really began to fade after3-4 weeks
and I had read that others used Vecchio to counter that on account it was so similar
It was my first aero and I had expected a huge tobacco impact
while it was present I found it mellow compared to some of the other aero's I have had
I agree that the tobacco in Vurley is smooth. It didn't have any "in your face" tobacco personality for me and lacked the ashy taste that I found in Honey Cured which was the only other aro I have tried. I would have no hesitation suggesting Vurley to someone who is just dipping their toes into tobaccos.
For me, cap off for 30 min max. Then vape and the Lime was way to strong, filled with mucho tartness. The cream base was MIA. /lol About 4 hours in my UC which is about a month steep and it was divine. Lime tone had smoothed and well balanced with the cream base. That's not to say that after trying it fresh you may love it or it may "turn" for you after one or two weeks. My guess is it needs some time to tone down if that helps you.
Enjoy
I agree that steeping is needed with the creams to balance the acidic notes. However, Wlad has told me and others that caps of Ahlusion juices should only be taken off only very briefly before steeping.
