Do you think I should add sweetener to their liquids?
I'm thinking about those liquids, but not sure if I'll get everything on my first order
Coconut Dream, Orient Whisper, Papaya Lassi, Coco-Berry Cream and Lemon Cream (all at 12mg nic, 50/50 ratio, and right now no sweeten).

Thanks! :)

Papaya Lassi is absolutely delicious if you like papaya. Very genuine flavor.

LOL @ the Lemon Cream kicking babies and kittens. Hey, all is fair in love, cream wars, and the kinky (shout out to TexasVet!) ;)

Hoo Yah! Thanks B_n_J. I went back and looked at your NETty list... we have some commonality :) Cream wars included :toast: :D

Comic relief aside, I have a real question for anyone who really knows.
What is the flavor difference between the extracts used in Ahl's Criminal and Wild Wood tobaccos?

Why I ask is I can now taste a difference in my iTaste VTR and iClear 30S 2.0 ohm at 8.5 watts. :w00t:

btw, I ordered a Protank II and an iTaste X.1 and an AirFlow Control base, 510 to ego adapter for my VTR

I guess my kanger regulated batteries are now lincoln logs.:)

vaping is not a hobby, vaping is not a hobby, vaping is not a hobby

TexasVet asked along the lines of my question. What is the difference between the tobacco in Criminal, House Blend, River Tree and Wildwood lines? I have Smooth Criminal and Caramel WW and I love both. I will be making another order shortly and am thinking of trying a peach and a vanilla tobacco. Depending in the tobacco notes is what I will try first. I am thinking the WWs but then Peachy Criminal is waving at me - try me! I am not sure if I am asking this right because I know tastes differ, but I think I want a smooth tobacco with a hint of fruit or vanilla. Most fruits/desserts and such I like in your face flavor but these net tobaccos are relatively new to me. I do not like synthetic tobaccos and the chemical flavor. I love GEJ Analog and Wild Turkey. It's been about a year since I had HHV, but my NET experience is limited.

I LOVE both SC and CWW and they just get better with age.

Then there are the cream wars but I have to watch the budget. I got a sample of Peaches and Cream and I really like it. A+ does a great cream. So I think I will try Lemon, no, Lime, no Lemon. Well it will be a eanie meanie miney mo.....

TIA!

What a day! Got my AHL order, a few bottles of the new just released 5P juices, a glass tank for my KFL+ V2, and some cheap stuff from FT. /LOL

First impression of my just arrived Fijian Nights (50/50 @6MG). Cap off for somewhere between 15 minutes and "30 minutes MAX" so everyone is happy. /lol Next into my dripper. For me: I'm getting the Pineapple and coconut tones, neither of which is overpowering since the vanilla I taste is not only semi sweet but holds them together and smooth's this mix. Authentic all the way. No spices yet for me but certainly quite smooth and enjoyable. I'm going to give it about 4 hours in my UC and I would expect it to "mature" and settle.

HTH

:)

Ugh SO JEALOUSSSSS!!! I want to try the new pawns SO BADLY but there's no place local that stocks them. I live right outside the twin cities too, so you'd think SOMEONE would carry them... but no, sigh.

Let us know how they are... I mean, how they compare to Ahlusion... if/when u get a chance.

I really wonder if they had a bad batch of aeros. Seems like after Mann complained about his Devil Dog, that's when they all got pulled.

Let me know how your new Vurley is, vcj. I haven't pulled the trigger on it yet, but I'm really thinking about it.

Vurley even better then I remembered
Smooth Vecchio type vanilla perfectly blended with nice burley flav
def more of a tobacco impact then I remembered but very good

If you love Smooth C and Caramel WW, Peachy Criminal and Peach WW are natural choices. They're both great, but the criminal and WW tobaccos are much different, and the peaches are too. Peach WW is more of what you think of as peach flavor -- bright, sweet, full. Peachy Criminal's flavor is more like dried peaches. As it steeps, it gets even less fruity and I think the peaches actually make the tobacco stronger, rather than cutting the impact. They're both wonderful.

^^This convinced me to try Fijian Nights. I just placed an order!

I also used the Feedback form on the website to request a sample of Lemon Vanilla Cake! All together my order has 6 flavors I've never tried: the Fijian Nights and LVC, Zing! (sweet lemon), the new Ahlusion Mocha, the new Strawberry Sunset, and Chocolate Cream!
oooooh i can't wait!!! :vapor:

Thanks for the feedback.
Makes the order from the Lemon Cream Camp even more interesting. Peach WW, Caramel WW, Vanilla WW will be compared to my 30ml Peachy Criminal.

The 10ml Apple Wild Wood I have is about gone. It has mellowed nicely but I'm not sure this apple is going to win me over.

Also included Peachy Affair, Poppin Peach and Lemon Sunrise and some correction VG/PG mixes for my Lemon Cream and Peachy Criminal.

That's a shame Sharon. I cheated a little tonight and although the following thread only contains my preliminary thoughts it might help someone. /lol Both still need to settle and sit for a day and yes, I will definitely try and wrap my head around these juices with some comparisons where I can to AHL juice. See my thoughts in this thread: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...535782-5-pawns-ejuice-mixology-vape-line.html

Bukket - yer nekkid (no avatar)!!!!

Thanks for the other fruit suggestions! What's sad is I probably have 30 different flavors of Ahlusion here, which I haven't even gotten to try yet, and I'm already thinking about additional flavors I want to order! I need to vape more!!! LOL

I had to remove my avatar for a while... just couldn't look at it. I had to make the decision to euthanize Itsy last weekend. Not going to go into it. Just that there was no other option. I couldn't let her suffer. Dave and I are both still in shock. It was the last thing in the world that we expected to hear. Please, I don't want anyone to feel like they need to mention it but I felt like I needed to say it since we've talked about her and everyone associates that avatar to me. I need to figure out another avatar.

You should taste all of the flavors you've got! If you've unsealed them then you won't know what they tasted like at first. There are a few flavors that I prefer fresh. Pineapple Cream is one of them. It has much more pineapple before it steeps.

Well to be fair, if you review OUR thread, you will see that it is mostly on-topic discussion, with a light smattering of other related topics, such as the gear we use to enjoy our Ahlusion liquids. There arent any "good mornings", "good night's", "hey how you doing, how was your day?" types of posts here. So I don't think its fair to lump us in with the other vendor threads, because I think we've done a pretty good job keeping it relevant.

I agree, we have a great thread and everything we talk about relates to vaping. It is rare for us to be off topic and we have a great group of people. Ahlusion makes the best, complicated juice and we want to make sure everyone gets the most out of their juice.

I'm vaping some very aged Maple Dream today. Really pleased with how this transforms. I like it FOOB, but after a few months it develops an almost fruity component.

I haven't vaped mine in months. Sounds like I need to fill a tank and see how it tastes now. I liked it but it got pushed to the side when all the new flavors came out.

I've been in the mood for a good fruit cream. I tried strawberry cream and it really wasent my thing. I am leaning towards lemon cream or raspberry cream. Thoughts?

I love Strawberry Cream but it is different than the others. It has a much lighter flavor to it. Raspberry is the other extreme, it has so much flavor. Fresh it has a lollipop flavor to me. I like it after a long steep. Pineapple Cream is my absolute favorite and Lime Cream is second.

Based on what I've read here, you'll want lemon. I don't do lemon, but I have tried the raspberry cream and I found it to be a little bit too cloying for my taste. I'll finish up my 10ml, eventually, but probably won't reorder.

Put it away for 2 months and then try it. It's a really good raspberry after a long steep! I tried it sweetened and unsweetened and just didn't care for it either way. Tried it after a long steep and it is really good. It's also really good mixed with a bit of another cream flavor.

To the guys or gals asking about the differences between the tobaccos:

Ok, these are my impressions/thoughts about the differences, take it as me really knowing.....or not, lol.

All of Ahlusion's tobaccos are natural. I think the differences lie in impact, sweetness, dryness, and smokiness.

The house blends are low in impact and smokiness, from what I can ascertain. They also are the longest steepers of all. I'm not certain of their sweetness alone, because my favorites of this group (Maple and Cherry) are already comprised of sweet flavors. Never had the standalone House Blend. I think it's like 90% secondary flavor, 10% tobacco.

The river tree blends are a step up in tobacco impact or presence. Good level of sweetness, also paired with a smokey flavor. Eh, maybe 30% tobacco, after a long steep.

The wild woods are not too different than the river tree blends in that both have the smokey component. The smokiness seems more pronounced with the Wild Woods, though after generally a month, it recesses a bit. I think it's opposite for the river tree blends. River tree blends taste similar to the Wild Woods, but only after a loooong steep. I like their balance of flavoring and tobacco level the most. I also definitely prefer the Wild Woods out the box and with a steep, though the oldest Wild Wood I have is cherry, at almost 3 months old, and only about 4mls left. The rest I wore out like an old pair of dancing shoes (that means I vaped them quickly). :D

Smooth Criminal, Peachy Criminal, and I'm assuming Just Criminal since I've not tried it yet, are a bit different than the other blends. They start out sweet, some say messy, in their beginning; but they have the biggest transformation, like ever, LOL. The tobacco impact in these are like House Blend at the start, but after a few months, their tobacco gets in the country club. Never shutting down the club, though, LOL. They are the smoothest, duh, while still getting a pleasant throat hit from them. They also get a bit drier as they age. Still flavorful, still sweet (not as sweet as young Criminal(s)), still spicy, still my favorite tobaccos. I pretty much can vape them in all stages, though I prefer them when they reach age 21. ;)

Oh, my dear. Bukket, I feel your agony. My avatar is my beloved Kaiyah dog that we had to put to sleep 2 years ago this month. It was just about the most difficult thing I have ever had to do. We still miss her. I was finally able to use her photo as my Avatar in honor of her memory. Just remember she will always be in your heart, and that your Itsy knows how much you loved her.

I had to remove my avatar for a while... just couldn't look at it. I had to make the decision to euthanize Itsy last weekend. Not going to go into it. Just that there was no other option.
