Hi, folks. Just got a new A+ order in yesterday, the first one in quite a while - Vecchio and Vurly, which I've had before, and Sweet Georgia Peach, which I haven't. The Vecchio tastes the way I remember it (I got the Express, so no waiting - yea!) The Vurly not so much. Both of the aros have a fairly prominent grassy or hay-ish note that I associate with tobacco absolute. I don't think it is TA, but it certainly puts me in mind of it. I don't recall that being present in the Vurly. The only other A+ juice I've tasted it in is the Gold Rising. Since it's so strong in both aros, I'm wondering if they're doing something different, maybe using a different extraction method or something. I don't dislike it, it's just not what I was expecting. Has anyone else noticed a change, or is my memory of it just way off? Also, how does the Vanilla WW compare with the Vecchio? I was tempted to try the VWW, but decided to go with what I know.

The other one from my order that I love straight away is the Mocha. This one is *great* and I can tell it will only get better with steeping. Right now it seems like the chocolate predominates, but I can taste a really good dark coffee flavor in there too that I hope comes out more. Love this one.
My special order of Lemon Vanilla Cake is really good. Tastes just like I imagined - their lemon flavor plus the cake flavor from S and BVC. Like the other cakes it needs steeping, but I can tell this is going to be good!
Marietta. You and I were practically neighbors! Trying to get back to metro Atlanta. Got transferred to Columbus with my job two years ago. Like the town, but miss my friends and the energy of Atlanta.

Marietta is a nice town. Lots of southern charm. Atlanta can be fun, if you can do it without either rain or humidity.
I moved to Dallas GA from So CAl so you can imagine the culture shock.
This Vecchio, can I get a couple of descriptive words of wisdom about it from a few that have tried it? I am intrigued.
I lived in Marietta for 14 years. Believe it or not Columbus summers are worse. I knew I was in trouble when I found out it was considered tropical.
So, I have some Vecchio steeping right now that I'm waiting to try!

When I first tried Blue Grass Burley, I thought it tasted grassy, and although I don't now, I get what it is. The flavor of plain burley, uncased and without sweeteners, is kind of dry and simple. Once I got used to it, I had a hard time remembering why I noticed it to begin with.
I don't get that from Gold Rising (with its strong sweet Virginia base) at all though. So maybe we're not talking about the same thing at all.

Not too long ago there were colorful words being bandied about, like "dirty sweat socks" and such. That's not my own description but that's how it was interpreted. But seriously, it's a nice vape, but I find it gunks up my coils fast. There is a slight "ashy/smoky" note in there that is not bad but maybe an acquired taste, and it's not quite enough to overpower the very "classy" vanilla, which is like a roasted vanilla bean rather than an extract or a Duncan Hines vanilla.
Yes, if you order over $20 of non express and non Aero, put a request in comments. Be specific which flavor, nic level and blend. Make sure it's eligible for sample (will be in the description if not).

I haven't seen much if any reviews on the new ejuice that Ahlusion came out with, Melon Masquerade and I figured I would buy a sample and try it out.
Ejuice - Melon Masquerade XPRESS ( it seems to be only available in the Xpress line )
Steep - 20 mins from the time I picked it up from mail box LOL
Mod - Provari Mini
Tank - Ibtanked 19mm
Carto - Ikenvape Platinum Punch 2 hole SR ( I have an old batch of Platinums, not the new ones with issues )
Volts - 4.5
Smell - as soon as I took off the cap, the smell was very pleasant. Right of the bat it reminded me of my childhood days when I used to buy bubble yum gum ( watermelon ) that is exactly what it smells like. Some may confuse it with a jolly rancher smell but to me it was the watermelon bubble yum chewing gum.
Now I am confused, why is a melon vape going to smell like a watermelon. Well, I went back to the description and read that it was a " sweet " melon favor. That sweetness kickes in and causes that delicious watermelon - bubble gum - smell.
I then primed my carto, filled my tank, waited 15 mins, and took my first vape. Well, it tastes exactly like a melon. The watermelon bubble gum smell is not the same as the taste. In fact it is a very nice smooth melon taste. If you ate a melon it would taste exactly like it. If any of you have tried HYPE from AVE, this is not the same, this is a real deal melon with no artificial flavorings. Ok back to the smooth part, yes it's smooth, but does have a throat hit. There is a tingle you will feel at the tongue like you would should you vape an orange fruit flavor if you will.
Fast forward a few days, yes the taste of pure melon is still there but on occasion on the exhale I taste the watermelon bubble gum smell. I suspect with other delivery devices the watermelon " sweet " taste that they advertise will show up more.
All day vape: Maybe
Will I buy it again: yes, it is a great vape specially if you are going through vapors tongue.
Smell and taste: different and continue to be different. Smell from the bottle still watermelon bubble gum, taste is still pure melon with an occasional sweetness.

I could tell Ahl knows how to do melon though by Melon-Berry Frost, the last of which is in my KFL right now. I bet I'd like Melon Masquerade.
I agree with you Jerms, Ahlusion does know how to create true flavors. That is why they are my primary ejuice vendor. I believe you will enjoy Melon Masquerade.
I guess what I wanted to clarify in my review is that I didn't want to anyone to expect other flavor notes besides melon. After all it is a melon ejuice lol

By no means am I well-versed in all things Vecchio Blend. It was one of the first juices I ordered from Ahlusion.
It's a vanilla.......tobacco, I suppose. More accurately, a slightly tobaccoed vanilla bean, in my opinion. I would place it in the house blend section. The tobacco was low impact, too low for my tastes, though many say it hits them right. I have to disagree a little with the ashy or dirty taste described -- I never got that. Just an almost straight vanilla.
If you love vanilla, but are hesitant towards tobacco vapes, this would be a good starter juice. The tobacco emerged after a long steep, for me it was about 2 months.
