It seems to me like many people feel this is a "victory" due to the fact that they don't ban e-cigs outright, or prohibit online sales. However as I understand it it will be both difficult and expensive for e-liquid vendors/manufacturers to get approval to sell. It may also prohibit and or stifle innovation of e-cigs. The actual deeming regs are 200 pages long, do we really think that it's 200 pages of good news? Sorry to ramble on something that is not "strictly" on-topic, I just hope we all mobilize sooner, rather than later.

Correct, and I did not wish to list this but as I stated above " there are large concerns with what I have reviewed ".

More importantly, I desired to point out the ECF Thread which contained the same link as y cherry y posted. This will be one for the experts.

CASAA is going to publish a response and how we should respond to the powers that be. Guidelines so to speak. I will wait for their direction. Just being first to respond will not gain anything, they are legally supposed to read all. I would rather take my time and send a meaningful response as opposed to rushed gobbledygook.

Back on topic. Of my 2 shipped orders I received the 2nd, the one I placed after the first by days, arrived today. Seems the first one is still in Michigan! Gotta love USPS. I leave tomorrow for 10 days so other order will sit and steep at the post office when it arrives. Received my big bottles of CWW and VWW and requested sample of Tiramisu. they all have to steep but I have plenty to get me through... First order still in Michigan is my coffee order so it can steep too.

A triple win in our last Ahlusion order - Royal Tease looked tasty so I got a 10ml sample. Fresh out of the mail all three vapers in the house declared it "delicious" and we can hardly wait to see how it develops over time. My next order will definitely include a big bottle.

I paid attention to this post because I figured if all three vapers declared it delicious I had to try the Royal Tease. Vaping this all day as a break from my Caramel Wild Wood slob fest.

I have every intention to order a mid sized Bottle of this or maybe two

Ahlusion never puts out any other coupon codes. They will have sales that are automatically applied to your cart but they aren't advertised. Usually it is on or around a holiday. Sometimes they are stackable with your feedback coupon code. Most times they aren't. We never know until we try!

Correct as far as I can tell also.
They had a sale 12% off I think, automatic at cart checkout, for Easter and I ordered on Sunday. Got a SHIPPED notice Thursday and used my previous order email feedback request 15% off code Friday

No offense here at all, please, but it seems cloud.nine may have got Lemon Vanilla Cake created but the rest of us CANNOT get it. Period.

Just to clarify, it's not that I got Lemon Vanilla Cake and no one else did. When Wlad says it was "a one time creation for a specific customer," I think he's referring to SharonMM. I ordered LVC a month or so after Sharon received hers. And it seems a couple of other people maybe got samples too. I'm not a 'special' Ahlusion customer in any way.

I will tell you the truth. Ahlusion has hundreds of ejuices not being marketed or sold to the public. They just don't have the man power to offer all these juices. There are juices that most of you have never tried or heard about. Only a few have. The orders are taking longer to complete by Ahlusion and they are getting bombarded with requests. Don't feel bad that they didn't send you the lemon vanilla cake. To be honest, it should have not been even discussed here. I am not cutting down on anyone, just telling you what is going on. That's as much as I can say.

From New2vaps post and Ahlusion's email to TexasVet, it sounds like Ahlusion is overwhelmed by requests, and especially requests for LVC? I'm not sure why LVC "should have not been even discussed here." Are we not meant to talk about special requests we receive from Ahlusion?

Hi guys... I pulled the trigger (finally) on two new flavors.... Lemon Cream and Maple Wildwood. Not sure how I'm going to like the MWW, but you guys seem to be sold on Wlad's maple flavors. I really want to love this; it's just that... to date, a few other vendors have squashed the idea of me ever liking maple juices.

You can discuss anything you want, it is an open forum. What I meant by my comment was that Wlad will ( might ) make special requests for some people. The problem is he makes or made these requests for a reason. That is between him and the customer. His intention was not for it to go viral on the internet and get bombarded with demand that he is not capable of handling. In a nut shell, if this continues then it might mess it up for people who truly need something special that is not on the menu.

Please don't take this the wrong way. I am not saying some people are more important than others, nor am I stating this for selfish reasons. Just don't want to ruin a good thing. Pretty soon if this continues then they might not be able to keep supplying demand and they might even stop the "tweaking" requests that some of us ask for.

I have heard, that if you write to Vlad with a specific request, say something like "gee I love your Shipwreck but I wish it had some pear in it, can you just add some pear to my next Shipwreck?"
Say Vlad did that for me. Now I have Pear Shipwreck. I tell about my Pear Shipwreck on ECF. All the sudden many start requesting Pear Shipwreck. He does not offer this as a choice. He is not prepared (not is his staff) to whip this up randomly. Everybody else does not get Pear Shipwreck, they get a note stating "that is not on our menu."
I think the best way to do this would be for those that want it to request that he start carrying it as a regular menu item or possible a promotional item.

My before dinner aperitif tonight was Fijian Nights. My after dinner dessert is Pineapple Cream. I find Pineapple Cream a little different than Lemon Cream, I mean aside from the obvious reason one is lemon and one is pineapple, they are also different in other ways. Pineapple Cream seems more like a dessert. Lemon Cream has more throat hit but pineapple has mounds of vapor. Both of mine are 50/50

Stacked for me when I ordered 60 ml. of Pina Colada, 10 ml. of my custom Sahara and requested a Canyon Sun sample like I needed any more juice. Nothing but a bunch of evil enablers on this thread.

Does anyone else find that American Blend #2 has a markedly cool element to it or have my taste buds taken off on one of their independent minded adventures again? I personally don't care for cool notes in any juice but this seems like a flavor that would appeal to someone looking for a very smooth tobacco vape.

I just got brave enough to check how many different Ahlusion juices I've ordered. Obviously there must be a bug in my database software as it claims I've tried 66! I wonder how much Ahlusion juice one has to order to qualify for legal adoption by Wlad and Alyssa?

The devil being in the details surely seems to apply to the proposed FDA regulations. There is a whole lot of evil once one digs through the proposal itself. Looks to me like the FDA is planning a de facto ban through onerous regulation, CASAA Assessment of FDA Deeming Regulation, April 25, 2014.
