Ahlusion Tobaccos?

Hi,
Does anyone (Mr. Mann *wink*) have any idea when the aromatics will be back in stock? I'm scurred of the Devil Dog.

Got my first Ahlusion order this week. I picked up Devil Dog, Desperado, and Boba Tea. Since this is a tobacco thread, I'll keep my opinions to those.

Devil Dog - Took a small tank (2ml) straight out of the mailbox. Wow! Anytime asks me "I need a cigarette taste - what do you recommend?" THIS is it. Not only is it "real" tobacco, but it's filthy in a good way. I'm a little over 2 months smoke-free, but after 2 pulls on this, I felt like I had never stopped. This description will probably turn off some people, but I can easily see this as a go-to liquid when those (now rare) strong analog cravings hit. Terrific liquid, but definitely not for everyone.
DD was my first exposure to a NET tobacco - go figure.

Desperado - not going to comment to be fair. I've read through the whole thread and I'm going to let it sit for a few weeks. Straight from the bottle - meh.

I wonder if Wlad will change Devil Dog's description on his site...DEVIL DOG- IT'S FILTHY GOOD TOBACCO I absolutely adore your description! It is the "real deal" of tobaccos... It's an incredible vape, but not for the faint of heart!

Thanks Randy. I already placed another order today with Ahlusion. There's something very reassuring about the way this company does business with transparency that makes me feel comfortable ordering with them. There are a few others out there who have also thought things through and it's evident in their practices.

I ordered more Devil Dog and some JG Blend to try out with the dark roast option.

I want to get a strong tobacco flavor so I was just at the Ahlusion site reading up on Devil Dog and I read this:

"Our new Premium Tobacco line (Virginia's, Burley, Turkish blends) ships in 15 ml or 30 ml amber glass bottles - sorry, samples are not available..."

So is this new Premium Tobacco Line something other than the Aromatics....and is there a Turkish blend other than Sahara Blend?

No, the Premium line is the Aromatics. Currently there is not another Turkish blend besides Sahara.

VaporMizer, one of the cool things about Ahlusion is that when you contact W, you can start customizing your own liquids based off of what your likes and dislikes are. I used to think it was, I dunno, a lot more sublte than it was, but when I was at the store and I vaped the stock versions of the juices, I realized exactly how much my profile was to my tastes. I tried the stock Smooth Criminal, Gold Rising and CPBT and it was very different from my own. As it turns out, I like mine better. LOL. However, that being said, I did like the stock versions also. W told me that if in fact you already have a profile (not everyone does of course) and you want a juice the stock way, you can request it in your notes.

I said all of that to say that if you send W an email about what you are looking for with a Turkish tobacco, he may just be able to accommodate you. Maybe you want it edgy and less smooth? It all can be manipulated but the conversation has to begin.

I saw the biggest difference with my Caramel Pear Black Tea and the original; the original is much heavier on the caramel>>>pear>>>>>>>>>>>>>>black tea; mine is black tea>>>>>>>>>>caramel>>>pear. Make sense? haha!

I wouldn't know where to start customizing yet. I think I'll wait until I can order some Blue Grass Burley to get an idea what Ahusion's take on straight tobacco is like.

I might really like Sahara Blend after a long steep. A few days ago I found a misplaced bottle of Chinese RY4 that I didn't like at all when I got it 5 months ago because I couldn't taste any tobacco flavor at all in it, just artificial sweet flavors....now it tastes like a lot like a cigarette with almost no detectable caramel/vanilla/chemical sweetness....so now I've experienced first hand how drastically a juice can change with steeping.

I believe genes were taken from a peach and from a tobacco plant and manipulated, creating not just a hybrid plant, but a whole new species that has the strength of both and the weakness of neither. Biblically blasphemous, and in an gray area of science and law. I wouldn't be surprised if a Terminator from the future was sent to destroy Wlad before he creates a future apocolypse. Man is not able to play God without dire consequences. In the meantime, I'll enjoy the juice that will probably mark the end of humanity.

You're in for a real treat with BGB. I've enjoyed many Ahlusion aromatic and non-aromatic tobaccos, as well as a number or wonderful NETs from other great vendors. BGB is still my favorite tobacco e-liquid -- truly outstanding.

I don't send in the feedback because I don't want any customization or profile, I want the juice exactly as Ahlusion originally intends. I don't trust my feedback, a lot of times I get a juice from them that goes in a different direction than I think I'd want but it ends up being the right decision for the juice.

I have sent in a few reviews, I hope they don't start a profile based on those. Any idea Mann?

I'm the same. But I did request Smooth Criminal Mr.Mann Style (240606). It's completely different juice. Most of the sweetness is gone and the tobacco is ramped up. It's almost like BGB and SC had a very handsome, healthy baby. It's darker than 'regular' SC. More brown than red after a little aging. When new, the tobacco is in the forefront. Once it ages the tobacco is still in the forefront, but the other flavors start to shine through.

I can't say I like it more than regular SC, but it is very good and something I will keep in my juice/steep cabinet.

Yeah, but that's a fairly limited selection. I like that the profile option is available, but not something I desire to take advantage of at this time. Maybe for feedback I should start sending in "MORE COWBELL!!". I would probably receive a juice and experience; wow, somehow the cowbell really shines in this juice.

Me too. The first time I ever order I choose the recommended ratio, but then after that I toy around with it. It does matter for a lot of people. PG makes my elbows itch! LOL. J/K. It seems that people will associate whatever ailment they have on PG. Feet stink? Too much PG. Bad breath? Too much PG. Girlfriend dump you? I bet she has PG allergies.

I do love all VG though.
