My heartfelt best wishes go out to Wlad and Alley. I, too, sent an email cheering them on and telling them no need to cancel my order. I would just end up ordering it anyway when they get everything back to normal. I have Ahlusion juice to get me through...and the couple of things I am low on I can ration out and wait for. Ahlusion has been a loyal and devoted company for my e-liquid needs. They have shared laughter and fantastic customer service and patience and kindness. I can do no less for them. I remain a loyal and devoted customer, and together we will all get through this.

I have to laugh at myself on the posts about the price. It took Mr.Mann a few days to convince me to try them. I had this arbitrary $15 for 30 ml self imposed limit. Dang, that a bad idea.:facepalm:


If you really look at the details....they are a very reasonably priced vendor, especially taking the quality and over the top customer service into account. If you spend $20...you can request a free "sample" of your choice....but note, that sample is a 10ML BOTTLE!! So its basically another bottle for free. As you buy larger quantities, the price per ml obviously decreases. And there's more! After every order...they send you a request for feedback email...usually about a week or so later so you have had a chance to actually try the juices after they have had some steep time. In that email...they include a 15% off coupon for your next order. They do this with EVERY order you place....and you can still get the free sample if you spend $20. So now...you are getting a free 10mls of juice, plus 15% off your entire order. And wait....there is more AGAIN! After you have placed a series of orders, your prices automatically drop on the site. I think its once you spend somewhere around maybe $150 or so total with them...but I'm not sure that number has been actually confirmed. And again...the sample policy, and the 15% coupons continue after that.

So to me....its very reasonable. We aren't talking ECBlends prices....I personally have never ordered there....but the quality of these juices is unmatched IMO. And I think I have tried some of the higher quality vendors out there....and still nothing compares to these guys.

So all in all...I think its a pretty amazing deal.

Sweet, Cinna. I sent a similar email. I would prefer they didn't refund me. Regardless of how long it takes to fulfill the order, it is money well spent, especially if it means they have a little dough in their pocket to help keep them afloat in this time of need.

I think we all feel for them and we want (need!) them to succeed. I feel that letting them keep my money until they turn this around is a good show of solidarity. It lets them know we trust them, have faith in them, and that we want them so succeed! :2c:

That's my take on it. Some may think I'm silly, but I'm sure a lot of us are on the same page.






NOW, who's got a few ml of CPBT they'd like to share?!? :lol:

I feel so very bad for Wlad & Alley, as I know they put their heart and soul into Ahlusion, but I also know they will pull through this and that we will all be right here pulling for them every step of the way!

I also feel pretty guilty about having placed a large order the very day they opened last week...I should have waited too. SORRY Ahlusion!!!!

Eleanor, I know I don't post here much, but love reading your posts (and everyone elses here too), so I hope you're doing better very soon! This thread is always such a pleasure to read.:)

I would prefer that this order be kept and fulfilled when you can rather than having it cancelled and refunded.

VERY classy response to the problem, Shadco. Ahlusion is very much like a hit broadway show, or Michelin 5 star restaurant. Better to stay in line and wait patiently to experience the quality, than cop an attitude and end up realizing you want to see it and having to get back in line at the end.

They're truly class people. I must admit that I fully understand their motives to assume to refund unless otherwise notified, but I don't agree with it. I think they should recognize that their product is very much in demand because of the quality, the fabulous customer service, and the reputation they have earned by their hard work. They're very humble and are assuming that folks would want a refund instead of waiting, and I applaud that, but I think they are underestimating the desire to obtain their product and inadvertently alienating customers who would prefer that the default be to wait a week for operations to return to normal.

I have a lot of experience with another kind of juice (wine) where this has happened. Snobby Napa Valley winemakers, when deluged with requests, respond by drastically raising their prices, establishing wait lists, require prepayment months in advance of shipment, etc. We see the same thing in the ecig market with high demand RBA's and mods.

I really admire them for their humility, and wouldn't encourage the Napa model of high demand, but please! Yes, there will be a handful of jerks who send nasty emails, but that is not the norm, nor should it be allowed to be representative of most people. They're REALLY trying hard. Vendor issues, and their own humbleness in not anticipating how much of a pent up demand developed during their downtime is the issue. Folks have gone bananas, and don't want to miss out with these down times, so are placing huge orders which completely overwhelmed them.

So folks, please be kind to good people. Let them know you are willing to wait, and in the meantime, get a bottle or two of HHV or AIV to tide you over until your order can be fulfilled. Those are decent juices by all accounts. To me, there is nothing out there as good as Ahlusion, but in the end, it is flavored nicotine. Don't have a cow. You will be swayed by the customer service when they have the materials they need to fill your order. You will be sold by the juice when you've properly steeped it and compared it to anything else. From my experience, if you show them a little love and respect, it is going to come back to you many fold. There are worse qualities to be had in your favorite vendor than too much humility to appreciate and thus anticipate the popularity and pent up demand for their product. If they could, by any means, have your juice to you tomorrow, they most certainly would.

Thanks Tralfaz, I'll try that on the next order. I opened the shipping box at 12:21 today, and I already had them steeping by 12:21:03. I'm still picking shrink wrap off my shirt. Pssst. Don't tell Eleanor, but I dripped a little Grape Vine right outta the gate. Based on obviously flawed, initial data, this juice isn't "grape flavored". Not grape flavored like KoolAid, or grape this or grape that as we know that sweet, pedestrian flavor. This juice tastes like vine picked GRAPES, of the purplest kind. Amazing to taste a flavor expecting what we've come to know as interpreted by the food industry, and instead taste the actual taste of that named item. What a friggin CONCEPT!

Wait until it steeps a bit. It gets even more amazing! Grape was one of the 2 flavors my son asked for. When he tasted this all he could say was, "Wow!". I tried quite a few grape samples before finding Ahlusion. None of them have tasted anything like a grape. This stuff is like the crispest grape you've ever tasted. I never even wanted to vape grape but this stuff changed my mind from the first inhale.

Dear Eleanor, I hope things look up for you. You are missed and will be in my thoughts. If there is anything that I can do to help please send me a PM. I know we don't know each other well but you have been a joy to read and one of the reasons I have so enjoyed this forum.

I feel so bad for Wlad and Alley. I hope they know we will still be here when they reopen. I would like to send them an email but I don't want to add to the long list of emails that I'm sure they already have. We all spend so much time here I feel like we are family. Is that presumptuous of me? I just hope they take their time, get things fixed, and don't worry.

I placed a modest order, 6 30ml's and some supplies. I also noted in the remarks section that I had ample juice, and please put my order on the back burner until they had time to fill it. They ignored that request, because that is how they are. I was early, they didn't imagine there was so much demand, so they put me in the queue and satisfied my requests. They were completely taken by surprise, and I have to love them for that. Makes me wonder how many truckloads of fan mail Anne Hathaway had to receive before she realized that she was a star.

Anyone else notice the resemblance?

Hi Bukket! Oh yes, it was love at first light. I'm glad nobody was nearby with a camera when I hit that button. I must have looked like the town fool. I was just, stupefied. GRAPE! REAL GRAPE! It isn't 2 days old, and awesome. I can't wait to try it two weeks out. Hate to wish my life away, but COME ON!

What a day! Knowing how conscientiously they operate, I'm sure this is a very unpleasant experience for them. I hope there aren't too many sleepless nights going on in Swartz Creek playing catch-up.
I can only echo what others have said. Ahlusion is it for me. For as long as they go on making juice, and I keep on vaping, I'll be here in line, waiting patiently. It's worth it.
Even if I have to visit some other vendors while I wait, I'll still be an Ahlusionist at heart.

I wish there were something I could do to help. I'd be more than willing to transfer all my juices to other containers, and send them the empties for washing and sterilizing. I'm sure health dept. rules would prohibit that, but I'm trying to figure out what we could do to help.

Still waiting for shipment confirmation on #20819 :pop: Deciding on my next order. Who here has experience with the Chai Latte? I love a good creamy chai to drink. How is the vape?

Look for Biziou to chime in- was her special request that made it onto the menu.......I think they might have been working on it? But she has it!!

I has it! I had asked Wlad about adding cream to the Masala Chai, and he told me about this Latte he had in the pipe.

I've been trying to reset my tastebuds by only vaping very lightly flavored or unflavored (non-Ahlusion) juices for about a week now, and I think it has definitely done some good. So I shall start re-acquainting myself with Ahlusion juices by loading up a tank and giving a review of Chai Latte later tonight (to the best of my abilities. I'm NOT the best reviewer.) It has been steeping about 2 weeks now, so I think it's probably ready to evaluate. I took a taste or two along the way, and it was shaping up very nicely.

I sent Wlad an email with some words of praise and encouragement. He emailed me letting me know, among other things, that if any orders were in fact processed but not yet shipped, that they hoped to get everything delivered by next (this) Wednesday. I told him not to sweat it and to celebrate his "problems of abundance". I assured him that I (we) supported his and Ally's efforts. I guess all we can do aside from be patient is cheer them on a little. They've got to be stressed.
