This gets to my question yesterday (or today, I can't member) when I asked if any of us here even recommend Ahlusion anymore. The truth of the matter is that we are in fact a sub-group of vapers on the forum, and I think we should totally run with this idea. There are going to be some major changes to Ahlusion that I have spoken about with some of you and I think the timing could not be more perfect to secede. LOL

I am still waiting to speak with Mo, LLJR, Wonderland, Scarf, newbie, T12, Biz, Laura, NK, Lisa, and Eleanor, so I will be sending some PMs out soon. (Sheesh, that is a lot. LOL)

Would love to know of any changes coming if possible. Thank you.

I think what should really give all of you pause is there is no mention of the word strawberry on that list. Do any of you remember my first order from Ahlusion? EVERYTHING was strawberry something..with extra strawberries where I could get it. I have come a LONG way from the madness of my passion for all things Strawberry. Don't get me wrong, I will still have SVC in my corner, and there are still a few things strawberry related I would like to get my hands on..but it seems that my vape buds are growing up and there is more to love then just a bit of strawberry.

Something was bugging me about your list. Couldn't put my finger on it until MO mentioned the BVC moving down. No SVC, moving off of the straw?
Understand moving on, I haven't had a tob juice in a tank in three days.

Being sort of new to the diverse group of interesting folks that hangs out in this thread... Hopefully this doesn't come off as strange or outrageous, haha.

I was wondering if any of you guys would be interested in starting a Social Group Forum, similar to "The BWB Crew"? You can check the sub-forum they have going on here... The BWB Crew

Basically, I can see some huge advantages to creating a place for the people here to hang out and talk about multiple subjects and topics outside of a single thread in the General Juice Discussion forum. We would be able to create specific threads to discuss things like music, hardware and anything else that we wanted... And of course the juice, hehe.

I have had experience in the past helping to run and moderate forums, so I would be happy to join up with some of you guys/gals to get this thing off its feet... I just don't have to time to do it all on my own. I can glean from some of the past posts in this thread that there would be some interest in this kind of thing... Based on the fact that people have talked about creating an outside forum to continue these discussions when the site goes down. This wouldn't solve that problem, but I think the other opportunities it would open up might be worth it? Maybe even, but I am not totally sure, Wlad and Alley would be able to drop us a line or tell us we are nuts there? The Social Group forums on ECF are outside of the standard forum moderation rules, unless asked otherwise... So the vendor interaction may not be outlawed? I will look into that, but wanted to see if there was any interest before I put more effort into it.

So what do people think about this?

Of course there are other debates that will arise if the interest level warrants this kind of change... Like for example, what would the group be named, haha.

Thanks in advance for reading this and responding in any way you find appropriate... I think the level of support for this needs to be great enough to justify it... It would only take a handful of us to make it happen, but it would take everyone here to keep it alive. So again, share you thoughts, good or bad


P.S. I wonder if one of the people here that have an inside track with the A+ crew could find out if they would support moving this single thread conversation into a realm of it's own, and off of the front page of the General Juice Discussion forum?

There is no "cool kids" conspiracy. There is NO cool kids table. This thread has become more of a hangout for the same group of people for the past couple of months and we went from talking about juice to talking about EVERYTHING under the sun. While I have become rather fond of them, I have no clue if they run around in leather jackets and say "eyyyyyyyyyy" on a regular basis. As to my cool factor, I have a couple of kids that will absolutely attest to my NON-coolness (rotten bunch of rugrats).

What do you do when a thread becomes more then just what was originally intended and you would like to save it....you move it, or you make a new one where it is better suited. Oh and the BWB thread..anyone can post there, just like I am sure that if this goes through..all will be welcome to hang out in the new spot as well. That's about it.

Relax, no one is plotting to steal anyone's lunch money and until it's changed, nothing is changed.

I think it's a good idea. When the forum was down the other night I was in a panic. Couldn't chat with my friends. No idea I would have that reaction but it just shows how much this thread has become a daily habit and support system.
