I wonder why that is. I was pretty skeptical when people would say a juice has a fizzy sensation, since that sensation is purely from the actual carbonation of beverages, but when I received the W&S I thought, I'll be damned, there it is. Must be a flavoring or something that mimics it, but why would that go away? The juice already is technically "flat" to begin with.

Raina thinks it's from a certain spice or flavoring that either fades or becomes overshadowed with steeping. That sounded like a reasonable explanation to me, so I stopped thinking about it. Ha!

This is just a guess because I just tried Sas for the first time yesterday and only dripped about 1/3ml worth. It seems to be the nature of sassafras root to give a very spicy, tingly sensation to the throat. Similar to ginger. I would have to research more into common ways to get e-liquid to seem carbonated, but my instinct tells me it is the spice.

I haven't had W&A, but there is quite a lot of talk about it. IIRC, Wlad says there is no sassafras in it. Could b wrong tho. I think it's in the description on the website.

I would not be surprised if it is a certain spice tho. I actually get a similar sensation with some of the non-aromatics, tho it may not be as prevalent as it probably is in W&A.

Right, but Mimosa Cocktail has a similar sensation too.

Since this is an Ahlusion thread; I finally got registered and placed my first order with Ahlusion last night. I've got twelve 30's coming, six non-aromatics, five pastries and one coffee. Can anyone share thier experience with the following flavors; Strawberry Vanilla Cake, Blueberry Vanilla Cake, Banana Cream Pie and Strawberry Shortcake which were recommended by Wlad as I really enjoy sweet bakery flavors; Caramel Coffee was also recommended (I ordered mine with sweetner), Strawberry Banana Cream (sounds delicious) and six tobaccos- Smooth Criminal, Jungle juice, Vecchio, Apple House Blend, Maple House Blend, and Gold Rising. All of these look and sound fantastic (all vendors try that on thier websites) and those who have tried Wlad's wares rave about them. I hope these were worth the wait as I first contacted Wlad just before Thanksgiving, and have been trying since what the buzz is about....

She's probably right that it's a flavoring that fades or gets overshadowed. That makes sense. More sense than my theory of micro elves injected into the juice that travel through the vapor and fart on the tounge, but have a short life-span living in a juice. If it's a certain flavoring, I wonder if Wladd could make a fizzier feeling juice by request. I doubt requesting "add longer living farting elves" could be fulfilled.

You picked VERY good choices for tobaccos! Smooth Criminal is one of my favorites. However, you should have got Peachy Criminal too, imo. Blueberry vanilla cake is fantastic with morning coffee! Vecchio is a vanillay tobacco. You did good!

Sign me up for some of that.

Keep in mind that was just a theory. I'm not really sure how far technology has come on the nano-elve front. Probably not as far as most of us like to believe. If the elf is just a tad to big the farts can easily go from pleasent to disturbing.

Strawberry Vanilla Cake is out of this world. I'm partial to sweet bakery flavors but I've been repeatedly scarred by 'strawberry' vapes so my first bottle was a small one- a mistake I corrected as soon as I could. It's luscious, sweet, ripe strawberries with a light, moist, fluffy cake in a bottle. There's no candy, perfume or fake taste to SVC. The berries and cake blend nicely with steeping but to be honest I loved it the day I got it too.

I have to agree with everything you just said, not my all day vape, but perfect when you are in the mood.

Yeah, I just remembered that about the no sassafras. That's odd since it's the thing that makes sarsaparilla. It does taste more like fresh ginger than sass, though. The juice has a medicinal quality which I'm not sure I love. It may grow on me. It reminds me like something you'd find in an old 50's pharmacy soda shoppe. I'm vexed by the ingredients. Oh well.

Haven't tried it. I'm stumped. I would, however like to try Mimosa Cocktail with peach instead of orange to make it like a Bellini.

Good choices. Their fruit flavors are out of this world. I have only dipped my toe in the tobaccos having only bought Smooth Criminal and I love it.

I think it's a pepper flavoring. The same effect exists in Cafe au Lait, helping recreate the mouthfeel of a fresh espresso. I just traded for a few ml of Sasparilla dated late September, and the "carbonation" is still there, although the rest of the ingredients have meshed; the spices and lime juice have mixed more. I like it both ways, new and aged.

The W&A I have is a few months old and still had the "fizziness". This is truly a unique vape and I love it. Very complex blend of flavors as Nick said, there is no sassafras in it. I find it hard to believe it is a spice or pepper. Seems like an effect more than a flavor. Maybe its just wizardry. I love this stuff.

I recommend getting it with extra champagne. Raina and I had the standard. The orange was delicious, but we both wanted more of a champagne kick.

Finished the last of mine off yesterday. About a month and a half old. Fizzy still there just think it is slightly less pronounced versus when it is fresher.
Liked it all along and will be ordering more. Just getting to the point I have to make choices about what to order and vape.

Had trouble finding anything I liked. Found Ahlusion and now have a different problem.:toast:
