Good to hear they are settling down and getting things running smoothly. Wait times I don't mind, I just want Wlad to have more time to work on his creations. I just placed an order today so I'll see where they're at for times now. There's still a warning during check-out that it will take something like 10-15 days to receive the order. I got the newish aros Smokin' Cherries and Sweet Georgia Peach, with Blue Fairy requested for free sample.

I just ordered 30mL of the smooth criminal at 4:27pm EST on Wednesday, 13 March 2013.(today- about an hour ago)
I payed the extra 3$ for Priority mail.
I'll edit this post when it arrives. I hope it gets here by next Friday.
From what I have heard they take a long time to ship.
The order came to around 21 dollars. That qualifies it for the free sample so I asked for a sample of their cappuccino.
I sent them an email about a week ago asking them if they would be willing to sell me the pure smooth criminal flavoring on its own so I could mix it at the ratio and strength of my choosing. I have yet to receive a response.
I hate when vendors don't respond to emails. This is one of my biggest pet peeves. I would have been happy even if they said no. But alas, they did not respond

Sweet Georgia Peach is great! Tastes like it uses Blue Grass Burley for the tobacco. And Blue Fairy is delicious! Smokin' Cherries is good if you like cherry. I got a bottle, but I'm no huge on cherries.
Awesome! These will all be new to me. Haven't had a peach or cherry NET, nor an absinthe vape. Eden I got from House of Liquids is an apple NET hybrid and I'm loving it. I've always likes fruit vapes, fruit+NET is a category I plan on delving deeper into.

I know Wlad answers e-mails at all hours. They are busy. Either they really are too busy to stop or it didn't make it through. I understand some e-mail systems don't work well with their servers. Also, they are installing new systems on top of that. Could be it.
By the way, I have found they have the best customer service of any internet vendor I have ever used, vape and non-vaping. Bar none.

Their shipping has slowed some because of a facility move, new systems and a huge jump in orders. Their order volume has exploded since last September and they are now only open in short windows. In part trying to get the systems ready to handle more volume.

I have to agree that I have had nothing but excellent customer service from Ahlusions. Always had emails answered in a timely manner. Maybe try sending another email, something may have happened. As far as wait times I have learned that if you want some fast shipped e liquid then you receive the off the shelf (IMO) crappy juice. Every flavor I have tried from Ahlusions (over 25 atleast) has been quality juice, hand crafted with amazing flavors that I have not experienced with any other vendor (and I've tried too many too list). So just my 2 cents, I understand their wait times and always make sure I have a stash bc I never want to run out of their juices.
Ahlusion tailors it's recipes to the PG/VG ratios. So, for example, the Smooth Criminal base at 50/50 is different than the Smooth Criminal base at 70/30. So I honestly doubt that they'd ever sell Smooth Criminal flavoring by itself. They will, however, make you any nicotine level you ask for to the one hundredth of a mg. You can specify that in the order comments. I have only had the best customer service experiences with them, so I can't say much about your email situation. It most likely was an honest miss considering all that they are juggling right now (which includes much more than our online orders).

I cant say why they didnt respond, I know that can be frustrating. But in this case I have to wonder if they just didnt know HOW to respond because your request (and I mean no offense by this) was the farthest thing that they would do. They dont have "Smooth Criminal" flavoring sitting around. Its a recipie made up of many flavors unique to different ratios. They are not going to give you even the basic recipe. I do appritiate that they do thing differently, very differently. I didnt always know that either, and I would never have guessed. But ya, your not getting your request but if you get a response Id like to know how they decided to word it.
Of course you can still DIY with the flavoring they do offer for that purpose, if anything there appeals..

I'm a fan of Ahlusion myself, but no response means just that. Yea, the email could've been filtered which could happen. But if it didn't, then you can consider it either ignored or forgotten about.
With that said, they remain my fav vendor. Just put in another order a couple days ago, and I cannot wait for it to get here. Mixed in some flavors that I haven't tried yet.

Did you ask if you could get several gallons, a ream of their labels, and a reference to their cobalt blue bottle supplier too? I'm sure your email got a response -- just not one you'll ever hear. *I* certainly haven't stopped laughing.
Browsing through Ahlusion's website and noticed a few things. First, they are open for business! Surprised to see them taking orders this late. Also, a new flavor to order called Ice Kiss, a creamy peppermint, and will be a must have for me. And best of all, though it's not available to order yet, a cigar flavor! Dulce Cubanito. Holy cow can't wait.

No I didn't. I don't see why it would be a problem for to sell me some of the flavoring unmixed. Lots of vendors sell pure unmixed flavoring. I'm not talking TFA either, I'm talking about a juice vendors flavoring unmixed used to make the juice they sell on their site.

I felt the letter was well written. Or at the very least, open and honest enough to receive a simple yes or no. The fact that they couldn't take 5 seconds to respond pisses me off. As I said before, I hate when vendors can't be bothered to do that. I sent it again in case they overlooked it or it got lost in transit it.

I can almost guarentee it won't be possible for them to just sell a bottle of Smooth Criminal flavoring though. I don't know exactly how the operation works, but they do do things differently.
My guess the final product is a recipe of the extracted tobacco used for SC mixed with other things. They do flavor profiles so to be able to fine-tune and adjust juices specific to people they need to have a lot of control of the ingredients rather than a bottle of each product ready to dilute with pg/vg. Their flavors are controlled on a molecular level, which to my un-scientific brain just translates to magic lol, which is enough to explain how the juices are so good to me. Some may say Wlad's like a scientist, I prefer to think wizard.
They do have some of the flavorings they use for sale, just not whole recipes. I plan on picking up a bottle of their vanilla extract. As far as selling a real tobacco extract, there's just one vendor that does that now and that started pretty recently.

Not allowed to join Ahlusion. "new registration temporarily disabled", "closed". Cannot even sign up for their wishlist. Too bad, their reviews sound great. NET is unbeatable, and HHV and goodejuice are my favorite partners. I would like to try their Burley or devildog. Texas time 1 hr. ahead, I guess I keep missing the boat. I have tried their site at 4:00 p.m., eastern time.
