first time ordering from ahlusion.. what's the MUST try flavors ... i mostly prefer fruits and clean fruit tobacco

They're a vendor that don't really have any certain handful that are considered their best. They have a list of top sellers at their website but it doesn't mean too much. Each juice is very unique and done very well. So kind of depends on what fruit you're going for. Pink Label is a mixture of berries with a little creaminess, and is the best fruit from any vendor I've had. Grape Vine I haven't had yet but is very well received. If you e-mail them with your preferences they love to help point people to what they suggest.

I am not fond of tobacco flavors at all, so I can't help much there. A+'s Peachy Criminal is the one exception- the tobacco is clean and light and the peach is mildly sweet and not one speck candy-like. I have tried House Special and Smooth Criminal also as I ordered them hoping to lure my husband to vaping and while they aren't to my taste (I'm a bakery, champagne, fruit lover mostly).they are both clean tobacco tastes. Nothing fake or yucky about them, not like the run of the mill tobacco e-liquids that made me want to wash out my mouth. I have heard really good things about Smokin Cherries and Ahlusion does good things with cherries, but I haven't tried it.
As far as fruit..if you like real fruit you can't really go wrong here. Their cantal-berry ice, melon berry frost, raspberry sunset are awesomely good. Their fruits taste real, juicy, crisp, luscious, clean. They are pretty obsessed with quality and it shows. =)

I've gone to the Ahlusion website several times, but don't see any way to order. Do you need to be a "member"? Their info page says they aren't accepting new members, so perhaps that is it?

I'm new to vaping, and am looking for juices that I like. So far everything I've tried (with the exception of TV Kretek) has virtually no flavor to it and they taste close to the same (hazelnut, raspberry, chocolate brownie from Vapor Room, cappuccino from Liberty)- and what flavor it does have doesn't really taste like it's labeled... I've only been off analogs for 6 days, so maybe my tastebuds haven't recovered properly yet to taste the flavor in the vapes. I don't really know what the flavors are "supposed' to taste like. I still have samples in various pg/vg mixes from a few more vendors yet to arrive and try-but

I'd really like to try the Ahlusion since I've heard so many wonderful things about how flavorful their juice is.

It definately takes a bit to start tasting things after smoking for years. I suggest sticking to strong flavors and choose extra flavor options when available. There are a lot of vendors out there to try. I would wait on Ahlusion to until your taste buds starts recovering because they deal in a lot of flavor nuances you won't be able to appreciate yet.

With or without vaping my taste buds went horribly wrong when I first quit smoking and didn't really get their act together for a while into things. My daughter is newish to vaping and going through the same thing now. I found that adding low amounts of menthol helped brighten things up for me, as well as using strong flavors like cinnamon things, extra flavor shots when available. Other than that just hang in there and know it will pass.

+1 on menthol, especially if you smoked menthols. Taste buds don't get in the way of menthol or mintiness.

I'd been an exclusive clove smoker for the past 20 years- no menthol, but definitely a strong flavor. I guess I'll wait a bit for my tastebuds to recover :)

Ya know, I've never tried the clove flavored vapes but there's plenty out there. I beleive Ahlusion has one too. The anise flavored liquids I would also think would be good recovering taste buds. Ahlusion has one called Blue Fairy. Either way, I still vaped different flavored juiced right after quitting smokes, just had vendors jack up the flavor when available and accepted that I may not be getting all the intended flavors. It was really cool when I started noticing that my taste (and sense of smell) was dramatically improving

I think the fact that they close for the day when they have as many orders as they can handle is exactly the right way to run a business, whether on or off line. But that's cool, more for us! There are plenty of vendors open 24/7 that I'm sure would be happy to take your business.

Yep, AVE has been doing that for a long time now, closing after they get a few hundred orders, and there is still no shortage of Bobas Bounty lovers. Some online companies choose to stay open well pass what they can handle and you have to wait weeks for them to catch up.

Sorry you are having problems. I can't speak for the folks at Ahlusion but I am pretty sure they are not that happy about it either.

I do know they had to make some hard decisions and weigh their capacity against compromising quality or taking weeks to fill orders.
They chose to maintain their standards and start limiting orders to what they can reasonably fill in a timely manner.

They are just setting up a new brick and mortar cafe and are working on some things that should improve capacity/availabilty. I am not even sure if they are taking new customers right now. I would recommend setting up an account if you can and e-mailing them directly about your juice preferences and configurations.

Otherwise, like Wonderland said..more for us......

I think it's much better for them to close when they are at capacity, then to take orders they can't fill in a timely fashion without cutting corners-which many liquid vendors do. They aren't Walmart, and I wouldn't want them to be. I'm old, maybe that helps me be patient. My grandma always said good things come to those who wait and in the case of Ahlusion this has proved to be true for me. If you need juice tomorrow they wouldn't be the place to turn to, for a fact.
