Air Control EGO

I receive an email from a china supplier introducing me to an ego battery with air-flow control. It comes with adjustable knob to control the draw strength. Attached is the original pic from the email.

Is anyone using this and how does it fair?

Currently, I'm doing air control on my own using the different types of adapter available.

Yes nice. For those that get a tight draw, this feature would be the cat's meow.

The hole on the center post will affect the air intake too.

They look more like a manufacturer than a supplier. Here is the link to their website. The air-flow ego doesn't seems to be listed on their website yet the last time i checked. I have never deal with them before so i'll reserve my comments for the time being.

I'll write them an email for more info.

Sometimes the buyer gets one that is a tight draw and has to back off the threads a bit to get the normal draw.

A 40 cent o-ring will do the same thing.

Simply partially cover the connection to stiffen the draw.
If an atty/carto is all plugged up, all the air flow adjustment in the world isn't going to change it.
