I have to say check with your airline first.....
BUT, the way I understand it is that it HAS to go on the plane with you (at least the batteries). The batteries cannot go into checked luggage. I've taken dozens of flights, most have been around Europe, but quite a few in USA. No issues what so ever. Just make sure your juice is less in a container less than 100 ml, and is in one of those plastic baggies for liquids. You can take multiple bottles of <100ML juice, as long as they all fit in that one baggie. FYI, I think the baggie must be no bigger than about quart size.

As far as I know, it all must be in a carry-on, and there is a 30ml per bottle limit. Don't take my word at all though, your best bet is to contact the airline(s) you plan to use and check the regulations for the place of destination..

Agree with above. I fly a lot too, about twice a month. Domestic and international.
Boxes must be carried with, you cannot checked with your baggage, as they considered them as external batteries.
Usually I check my liquid in my luggage, just make sure they are tightly closed, maybe wrap a scotch tape around to be on a safe side.
You can also carry liquid as with other liquid. In a bottle less than 100 ml. The total must not exceed 1,000 ml. Oh, BTW, they count the "container's quantity" not the actual quantity of the liquid inside. All bottles must be put inside a clear zip-lock bag.
abut, in the end, check with your airlines.
And also check with the latest laws, rules and regulations of the country you're flying to, including the transit. I've heard too many "confiscated items" that I don't want to happen to you or anyone here.
Have a safe and fun trip.

I just flew back from Spain to the UK yesterday with Easy Jet. In my hand luggage I had - 2 iStick 30w batteries ( charged but switched off ) 2 Nautilus Mini tanks (empty in case they leaked in flight ) 1 TMods Custom squonk box ( minus batteries ) 2 batteries for same charged and in a battery box, and two BF atties. On the liquid side I had a 30 ml size bottle of 18 mg nic, and three 10 ml bottles of 18 nic in a clear plastic bag. No probs with security.

Just looked since I'm going on vacation and will be flying.

Electronic Cigarettes and Vaping Devices ***Carry on only, NOT in checked luggage.

The FAA prohibits these devices in checked baggage. Battery-powered E-cigarettes, vaporizers, vape pens, atomizers, and electronic nicotine delivery systems may only be carried in the aircraft cabin (in carry-on baggage or on your person). Check with your airline for additional restrictions. Remove all electronic cigarette and vaping devices from carry-on bags if checked at the gate or planeside.[/quote]
