Air Wick E-Cig?
Air Wick E-Cig? Actually I'm experimenting to see if the Air Wick acts the same as an electronic cigarette and will vaporize the juice....sure enough. Now seeing how it does I have to ask.....why ban the cig yet not even compel the Air Wick to list the known harmful chemicals on their labeling. It says essential oil but I see no vapor from the...

Unless you're inhaling the air freshener in the same manor you inhale an e-cig, trying to compare the two is a red herring, much like the horrid studies that come out of certain ANTZ establishments.

Rarely is "second hand vapor" used as an argument to ban due to existing studies showing that the the risk is so minimal, it's ridiculous.

Retired, I'm not so sure I agree. Air fresheners produce pretty strong scents, which if you're in the room, you are inhaling. If we are concerned about the flavorings in e-liquids, shouldn't the flavorings in air fresheners and scented candles be equally suspect, since they need high concentrations of odorifics in order to discernably scent a whole room?

I certainly suspect that when I'm in the bathroom in the morning and my wife squirts the can of glade (or whatever) basically into my face the vapor from that is noxious.

In any case, it certainly should be considered a group of chemicals which have been approved (even if only implicitly) for inhalation.

The thing is that vaping is harmless because of the chemicals we use to vape, if you check and find out what chemicals are in an air freshener (not easy to do since the scents are patented) but you will find they are not vape friendly and we should not be inhaling them, listen close when you watch the video
Ray talks a bit about that as well
