Airport regulations and bringing mods

Good day! I would like to know the current regulations on bringing mods when travelling overseas. Are there restrictions on these devices. Just do not want my mod confiscated by airport authorities like what happened to a friend when he was in transit.

Most e-cigs make it through TSA...though you'll need to carry juice in the ziploc baggies, and be prepared to explain your GG to security. If you know someone that had his confiscated, I'm not sure I'd risk it. I'd take something that i could tolerate losing.
