you sensitive to alchohol? if not, most vendors use alcohol based flavorings in at least some of their blends. i personally like alcohol based flavorings. they are much cleaner tasting and more vibrant in taste most of the time.

I would tend to agree with this - cooking with alcohol falls into this same theory. The alcohol content is burned off in cooking and only adds flavor.

I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that the heat from the carto (or whatever system you use to turn juice into vapor) will burn any alcohol away - kind of like when you put wine into a sauce the alcohol burns off.

Many blends do in fact contain alcohol and this come from the flavorings themselves.... I believe.

If it's a recovery issue, please don't let the idea interfere with your ideals in your progress. There is absolutely NO way you will ever become intoxicated from eliquid. If you get a buzz, you need to cut back on your nic. Self control is a state of mind. If you're a recovering alcoholic, there's no shame. Take pride in it. Don't sweat the small stuff, tho. I can understand refraining from having things like mouthwash with alcohol, but the concentration of alcohol in nicquids is minute, at best. I add ~4% PGA to my VG mixes and if you do the math, it's about 1.5 proof alcohol. You'd have to drink a gallon to get a buzz from the alcohol, but the nic would kill you most certainly.

VERY much am I aquainted with the program. I wouldn't feel less than for vaping for reasons of withdrawing from a smoking habit. Some of Bill's friends would shun the idea - this being one of the strongest addictions ever (IMHO) I have never known of a 12 step for smoking. And I can also say that even if there was I know it would have never worked for me.

Perhaps, but it would take a lot longer than the time the juice is exposed to the heat. And, when it is burned off, you will be sucking on it, and the vapor will go into your lungs.

Not saying this is necessarily a bad thing, you understand.

Not to good at posting replies yet. Thanks for info. I am using Johnson Creek 100% vg. Do you know if it is alcohol/ethanol-free?

Probably your best bet would be to contact Johnson Creek directly and ask them. They could and I'm sure they would tell you that regarding the flavorings and if they use alcohol to thin the juice. I didn't see it listed in their ingredients but most juice suppliers would tell you that.

Not allergic to it just hate the taste of it. All my juices have been pg based except the ones from NiteLite. I put some into a sapphire tank but all I could taste was alcohol and I don't know if those can be cleaned but I threw it away. This is the first ejuice I have had with it in there.

You can get 100% VG juices too. I have one that is 15/85 and is about perfect IMO.

Caveat of course, is that it can possibly lower the life of your cartos and some tanks/clearos don't like it much either. I haven't had a problem with it though.
