Alexander Forbes International recommends e-cigarettes to quit

ABI appears to be a large corporate health care consulting company that operates out of South Africa and Europe.

This recently-uploaded PDF, written by Dr Lerato Motshudi for ABI, popped up in a search. It's a basic 3-page, colorful "Quit Smoking" guide, but along with the patch, gum, and medication (presumably Chantix), they also recommend e-cigarettes.
