HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
Well, I purchased my first ever AiV sampler last week, received it super quick and have tried 4 of the flavors so far. I tried Twas Brillig, A Quiet Morning, White Rabbit and punkin tumble.
I tried Twas Brillig first and soon realized it needed to sit awhile, so I put it up for a few days and it made a difference. I definitely taste Blackberry, but that's about it for the moment. I'm letting it sit for a few more days to see what comes out next! It's going to be great!!
Next was White Rabbit after it sat for a few days too. I'm getting Butterscotch, which I can NOT stand. That's just me tho, and I'm sorry for everyone who loves it. I would too if I liked butterscotch!! I get coconut too, but I can't get past the bscotch flavor. I'm going to let this one sit for a week or so to see if the bscotch hides. I SOOO hope so!!!
Next was Punkin Tumble. I'm getting a slight pumpkin taste and I swear I can taste butterscotch again! I used a different bottom coil clearo for each so as not to mix flavors. I did try pumpkin tumble the same evening I tried White Rabbit, so maybe the bscotch was still on my taste buds. I read reviews and didn't read anyone else tasting it, but it's probley me. This too will sit for a week or so more.
The last one I tried yesterday was A Quiet Morning. This is definitely different and not sweet, to me, which is good. I tried it as I drove home from work, so I was alone and I liked it. This is good for when you don't want anything sweet. I haven't nailed the flavors down yet, but I will!!
Do any of you have a good suggestion to try that does NOT have butterscotch flavoring in it? I think Twas Brilliq will be my fav after it sits a while longer. I LOVE anything banana, but I read the Bandersnatch has Bscotch in it, so I probley won't try it out of my sampler.
I REALLLLLY want to like these juices, because of their customer service, the care they put in their packaging and such a loyal following.
In todays world, we are privileged to be able to have so many choices! My money goes where the customer service is and the little bits of extra care sellers do for their customers.
Her packaging is just beyond fantastic. I opened my box after I got home from a long day at work and I was exhausted mentally. The card she sent was so unexpected and the playing card was brilliant! The confetti made me smile!!! My mood lifted!!! That's what good customer service does...puts a smile on a tired face!!
Any suggestions is most welcome!!! AND, also I want to thank you all for being a more positive forum. You all appreciate everyones differences and offer kind words to those who are sick, in pain, having a bad day or just in a bad mood! I'm SO fortunate to not have any ailments except for pre-menopause (OMGEEE)!!!! I live in a big southern house with 4 generations under one roof and it's wonderful...except after a long day at work in a hospital. Alone time in my house is unheard of, which is why I treasure my drive home from work! HA! Helping each other is what makes our world bearable at times!!!

someone on the general e juice alice thread suggested a monthly subscription program where an auto bill would be set up and a juice of the month would be sent out...this sounds like a wonderful idea. maybe a main juice and an alternate choice where we could sign in and choose a or b

i havn't even placed an order yet and i second this notion!
i'm so excited i want to try everything. hoping i can wait up for the opening of the store.

Hi again Joan!! :D

I think Ginger by the Sea would be nice for you to try too as it isn't ginger ale ginger it is sharp and lovely! Also, the Catnip one sounds like it's right up your alley as it isn't very sweet either and more herbal. For sweets I would look at Black and White cookie as well, it also isn't super sweet, just right IMO.

I adore Bandersnatch and don't get much butterscotch from it...or banana either so taste is very subjective. For White Rabbit I mostly get coconut with something else playing in the background but don't trust my taste on this one as I love butterscotch just never noticed it before. You also might like orange creamsicle and frosty flowers if you like that mint-like hit.

I'd say for tonight order a bigger bottle of A Quiet Morning and in the comment field ask for things you may want to try as they always toss in samples, they just might accommodate your wishes!

Glad you like the order so far! I also think their parcels are so much fun to open! :)

Hey Joan, I know what you mean by the "butterscotch flavor". I think this is the note in the bakery vapes that is a little touch and go with me. I like it in Zombie Apocalypse and I detect some of it in Twas Brillig, but I think the berry flavors in those must balance it out for me, because I like both of those.

I don't want to dissuade anyone from ordering the bakery flavors... just isn't for me.

If you liked A Quiet Morning (my favorite) I would also suggest Ginger By The Sea, April Moon (hmmm maybe tied with AQM for first .. close at least!) and Cherry Blossom Tea. Those are probably my 4 top juices.. period!

I personally don't taste any butterscotch in Punkin Tumble or White Rabbit, but that's just me! :) I also really don't taste in Bandersnatch either, but again, that's just me. I do think Punkin Tumble required a little more steep time, I remember when I got my small bottle, I dripped it then put it away again. It did taste good to me but I knew it wasn't there yet.

Maybe either Lemon Loves Cake or Zombie Apocalypse?

Ginger by the Sea is good, not ginger ale like at all, real Ginger! Good stuff. :)

Has anyone tried their Foursquare yet? I'm curious to know thoughts before the Rabbit Hole Opens!

Oh I second April Moon, just delish!! (How could I forget that one? )

April Moon, oh how I love thee April Moon!! So very good!

This week I have Crunkberry, Fifteen Foot Falls, Lucky Number 11 and Lavender Ever After! Just tried my Cupcake City and loving it!

Thanks everyone! I will order another sampler tonight with those you all mentioned. I don't know WHY I'm getting butterscotch in White Rabbit, as I thought I would just LOVE this one from the description!!! Maybe further steeping will set it up just right! I may ask Alice for her opinion as well. And maybe butterscotch isn't even IN the ingredients of the ones I tried! I am wondering about her cheesecake one, with an extra shot of cheesecake, as I read the berry flavor is real prominent. Isn't this fun!!! : )
