I wish I could Yutty! We'd have fun. :) The only reason I can go is...I live in Richmond, Virginia. Taking a trip out of town for a vape meet would be out of my budget for sure. Next time, if you want to go and don't mind crashing on our sofa, let us know. Fair warning, we have dogs and we let them crawl all over the sofas....so there's mutt hair everywhere:D

I had a newfoundland until my daughter became allergic to dogs.......devastated both of us........so dog hair is not an issue lol. I am definitely planning on hitting at least one in vegas next year not sure about any others yet.

This is my son's site Shadoe Delgado
He spent the last 5 years in San Francisco at the Academy of Art. I was able to help him financially the first 3 years and then he went part time at school and held as many as 3 jobs at a time to keep going. He's just a few hours shy of his bachelor's degree.

This piece that he did is posted as a time lapse video on the school site.

He received the Best in Show in his medium the last 3 years at the spring show put on by his school. One of his sculptures, a huge squid, was on display in a fountain at the San Francisco Zoo and his work was showcased at the Oakland Museum.
His creature heads are his main source of income, his true passion is welding and bronzes, though he is incredible in almost any medium. He plans on building a studio this year on my BF's property that he moved back to in June. It sits atop one of the higher hills in our area on 5+ acres and has the pronghorn coming through it on their daily runs.

He is the very best of me and more, and made the struggle of being a single parent worth every minute of it!:)

I did I did! They weren't giving out quite as many this year as last year, but still got quite a few to try. I met Vapeland residents too! For anyone who was curious, our dear Hill Giant and Bluesnote are both just as sweet and handsome as we imagine them to be. New hardware haul from Vapercon... Smok Telescopic Zmax, 1300 Mah Spinner (purple of course) and a Protank II, with all of the lovely removeable parts.
Oh River have fun and grab lots of samples!! :thumb:

Oh, Newfoundlands are beautiful dogs. I can't have one...the apartment is just too small and it wouldn't be fair to the giant doggie. Do you know when the meet in Vegas is?

If you know how I can get the display to stop lighting up every time I use it, I'd be most thankful. Other than that, I'm really enjoying it!

That was the one that led me to AiV as it was very recommended to me. I got my samples and tried them all even knowing there was a long steep time for the rabbit and I tasted nothing at all. Just a little sweet and nothing. I was so sad I put them all away and thought AiV was not for me. Then a couple weeks later I tried it again and there was more, not identifiable yet but changing. So I waited another two weeks and BAMMO!! I could finally taste it and it was glorious. I say a month minimum for the rabbit. Don't give up yet! Just give them all a little time. Most of AiV is good after a week at most but White Rabbit is special and worth the wait! ;)

That's great to hear, Megan. Thanks for the insight. I'll put the Rabbit back in its nest for November :p

His work is truly unique and so detailed. The Shadowlings are excellent little Freudian creatures :) I'd love to pick one up at some point to put in my hopefully-soon-to-be tenure track faculty office (crossed fingers). I hope my daughters find their way, too, one day and bring beauty into the world. My mother was also a single parent, so my hat goes off to you.

Hello Hopeful,

You know how cookie dough really does NOT taste anything like the cookies (even though some people like it) after they are cooked?
Well, that is the way White RAbbit is before it is properly aged.

10 days to 2 weeks. Not even kidding. Some people like it but it taste NOTHING like it is supposed to taste until it is properly aged.

I know this because it is mine.
I designed it. ;)

hugs,
morri

That make sense. I'll try to exercise some patience. Thanks, Morri: not only for the heads-up on steeping the Rabbit but also for creating one-of-a-kind liquid (if you are not yanking my chain, here...). I read one of your interviews on (forgot the name, of course) and it really spoke to your dedication for crafting quality flavors. I'm really looking forward to that sampler, especially since I received my HH357 the other day. It's on now!!
