Well, this was a day of not accomplishing much. However, nobody ended up in the hospital so I guess its all good... Followed the tractor for miles and miles... I swear a tarantula passed me and stopped and waved before he moved on. Saw the white rabbits country cousin, Jack (he wasn't wearing a vest, no watch on, didn't even have his shirt on) he stopped and made sure I saw where his hole was before going on down... I wondered if one followed the country rabbit do they end up at a bbq instead of a tea party. It would have been interesting as I had 1/2 tank of twas brilling, 1/2 tank of April moon and a bit of berry lil cheesecake with me... Finally arrived at the new solar pump (traveled so slow my speedometer wouldn't even register it) and started to help hubby remove the temporary panels that protect them from cattle rubbing on them. As he leaned forward, not having even touched it yet a wire popped and it started to fall and it hit him in the head... other than a really nasty bump and bruising already starting he is ok. Got the temporary fence down and he got on the tractor to start digging holes and we heard a great pop! It blew the side out of a hydrolic hose, no fixing that until tomorrow and a trip to the parts store... We were obviously being told to go home and give it a rest til things are better aligned... and so we did!
After Sunday (Nov 10) everything will calm back down for everyone. The dreaded Mercury retrograde will be over! Hang tight, we are almost there!!!
well.....tomorrow I have to go get my wheelchair and make arraignments for doorways to be widened ect
Baby, don't get depressed over the chair. I understand exactly what you are facing, but it really can be your friend. YOU will have to be the one to make friends though. It is hard. Will you be using it fulltime or what?

Well, they had put me on kind of a rigerous routine with the patches to see how much I could handle and I did not handle it so great, I guess. I was VIOLENTLY throw up sick almost the whole time and had to take anti nausea drugs that sometimes helped and sometimes didn't. They are putting me back on Dilaudin for now until my system settles down, he said. Then, we will talk. So, I am unsure as to whether I am going to be able to do it or not. For now, I am just happy at the prospect of not throwing up. omg. That is some awful stuff. whew Right now, the new kind of dilaudin, something called exalgo er 12mg
the pharmacies don't seem to have and the insurance won't cover. So, probably going to just get the regular kind. I don't know, darlin. LOL I am just a little hamster today. Running around on my little wheel. hahaha
Tomorrow will be better and after the 10th, everything will settle some.

edit: Since I just looked this up, it seems that Dilaudid can and is USED sometimes in pain pumps, so I am thinking now, they are just trying to find the right medicine to go in the thing. whew I don't know.

Yes in my 10 day hospital stay, morphine and I do not get along at all, they put dilauted in the drippy pump pushbutton thingy and every 3 hrs a shot of toradol. With the morphine I still felt pain but was completely wacky I would go in and out of consciousness I was mean to nurses (I apologized after they switched my meds) I also rambled weird things nobody could comprehend. The dilauted was much more stable for me, the patches if those were fentanil they made me super sick and throwing up with your mouth wired shut is exponentially painfuland miserable I was glad they found one I could use and not be sick or wacky lol. But dilauted can be in a pump.

Hugs to Morri, Athena, and any one else who is hurting or not feeling well today. I hope this day is much easier on you than the previous ones. And...hugs to everyone else because EVERYONE needs hugs! Today, I have to go to lunch with my boss. He, of course, said it was all 'good stuff' but.. ok, i'll skip the but and just hope it really is good stuff. Please cross your fingers (yes all of you) that they aren't sending me back to the overnight shift! While i'm thankful that I have a job, that was just wretched on me as a mom. I really do not want to do it again. Happy Thursday vapeland!

AiV opens on Tuesdays and takes orders until they have what they feel they can fill. Then they spend their time making very special packages and sending them off to us until next time the portal opens! It is very worth the wait!

Rings from the islands are the bestest! I am so sad because I am not getting any AiV vapemail this week, like I have a tiny hole in my heart!
I did vape the heck out of April Moon while on my cruise, as much as I love my Tumble, it just didn't seem to go with the weather, lol! Also put some Twas Brillig in one of my Aspires (purple of course!) and OMG, amazing! Think April Moon will be getting one also! Also CP, if you look on their page while trying to determine if the rabbit hole is open, the home page, it does say what's on sale and for what percent.

And I must be the only person on this thread who had zero problems with the patches! The morphine sulfate, that made me nauseous a lot of the time and I had more problems while on that! But my patch did leave a spot of unmanned skin on me, boo!!
