Everybody has different opinions on steep time and I understand that. But exactly how do you let it Steep? Some say shake it everyday and let it sit with lid off, and some say sit with lid on. How do you steep your AiV juices?

Sorry I took so long to address this, but it would be a privilege if I could be a member of the Order of the White Rabbit! I will swear to serve Queen Alice with honor....
After 3 months of vaping and hearing so much about AIV, I ordered. Got my beautiful package yesterday. Cleaned 3 tanks and got some water and sat down to indulge.
Twas Brillig-hear that some think this is one of the best juices around and was the first I tried. Very mild. I was hoping for more taste. I was a very heavy smoker of 40ish years so I know my taste buds might be off
Zombie Apocalypse-another well spoken of juice-could not wait to try-again, very mild.
Fifteen Foot Falls-the one I was least excited about-blew me away, knocked my socks off, I am in love and wishing for like a five lb drum of it
I am guessing the top two need a week or so to steep and since this is the case I felt my samples bottles were probably already steeped so next I got into:
A Quiet Morning-never thought this would be my cup of tea because I am not crazy about tea and always feel like it is blah but dug in anyway and OMG LOVE this and it is running toe to toe with FF falls for my fav
The other sample I have is Mystic Mandalime and I have not tried it.
I must say all of the juices taste GOOD, no bad after taste, before taste, burnt popcorn taste, you really can just taste the quality and seems the viscosity is spot on. Hoping one of the top two ZA and TB get tastier with time.
I will be staying up late on Tuesday to place another large order

I am thinking so...with cap? Without?
Steeping: 24 hours w/o the cap, and then I go at least a week, and shake every day...........some of mine are 2 months along, but I have a bunch of different flavors to choose from! LOL! Just rotate them along.

Merclipse, put it in a Protank on my Provari......think "Scandinavian Glogg"........cloves, anise, orange slices, red wine/cranberry juice.......that's what it tastes like, at least to me...........it's soooooo holiday......I hope someone gets some of this so we can share ideas about this, I can always fiddle with my settings, using a 2.2 ohm head at 3.1v...........this is soooooooo goooood!

Throat hit can be increased with a higher PG.....when you order again, ask for a higher %. AiV mixes the juice with a % that gives the most to their ingredients, but they can change the PG/VG ratio if you ask. Higher nic might do it for you too.
Strong or more intense taste is all about steeping, the more the better.
I was a 33 year smoker of Camel non filters and RYO Drum tobacco. Almost a year vaping come January 10th. Gone from 24mg nic to 11mg nic (sometimes 18mg if I'm stressing!) but the further you get from cigs, and your taste buds get back to normal, things will taste a lot different. Just make sure you drink plenty of water and switch out your juices, maybe use 2 or more different ones a day so your taste buds get a variety.

Thank you so much for your reply. I am already doing 24 Mg of nicotine. I actually thought maybe that was part of the problem and maybe I should go down to 18 but not so if I am reading your post right.
Also want to ask you: If I ask them at AIV to make the percentage more PG will it change the taste of the juice? In regards to 'switching out my juices' I currently have 9 tanks filled with three ego twists and it is rare for me to vape anything for more than one hour at a time unless I have left home and even then usually take 3.
I am thinking the only thing that might help then, based on what you said is, they need to steep.
Also, you can ask for extra flavor at check out. I always ask for extra flavor as I have BDSM taste buds...
