Morning all! :D

Seashells go ahead and email Hannah about it and it will be fine. ;)

Oh, I got the order placed and all, thanks. I did not need juice myself, but I couldn't resist since I was placing an order for BIL. Gosh, I love this company!

Megan, just wanted to go off-topic for a second and say, hey, you're a potter, aren't you?! So is my husband. We moved his studio from Mesquite to Fort Worth a few years ago and we're in the process of converting his car kiln from electric to gas (there's a 250 gallon propane tank buried in our yard)! I can throw a little, but I'm looking forward to the studio producing properly. Although, we both have day jobs, the pottery is a hobby now.

Very cool on the new setup! I'm lucky being the Resident at The Arvada Center as I can use anything: electric, low fire clay and glaze, high fire clay and glaze cone 10 gas, cone 10 gas salt kiln, raku...whatever. Though being gimpy I am limited more from my disease than the center...lol

That sounds like a fine size propane tank depending on the size and draw of your kiln. I hate it when the propane is being drawn out too fast and the darn thing freezes...so many nightmares about that. Luckily the center is commercial grade natural gas draw from the city so we can use every gas kiln and still have gas to spare. ;)

Good luck to you both! :D

Woke up early to place my order. Big Bottle o' Twas Brillig with a sample pack for BIL, smaller bottles o' TB, QM and a sample pack for me. I never see the lavender or cheesecake of which you people speak, though. The last time I placed an order- the first time I placed an order, actually- there were server issues as well. Hope I'm not jinxing your system.
There's OddityJuice, and C-room juice as well as the standard 16 flavors, for a total of 28 listed juices, and there are also flavors you can only order by request

Haha, we say that at the house all the time. I have made juice selection in the past where I had chosen....poorly. Luckily, it wasn't an order from Alice.

One cannot choose poorly at AIV.....one can only choose:blink:....and therin lies the hard part...the Choosing...... Although in my humble opinion....a very good problem to have!:)

Thanks- I'm sorry about your less than optimal health. That sucks. Nice to have access to so much equipment!- our neighborhood doesn't have gas, hence the tank.

Play dirty!

... What's this now? A mystery! What are these flavors that are request only?

Q: How do I order off-list or secret flavors in the size I want?

A: Just order any regular flavor, such as “Afternoon Tea”, in the size you want, and write in the special instructions, “Please make into a __________” and we will do so for you! YES, you can order the ever-lovely and unique Footprints in the Jello this way :)

The only two mentioned on the site are Footprints in the Jello and He Said, She Said. I haven't found any others on Google.

After a month I've worked my way through the 11 flavors of my double sample order ( 1 bonus sample [ the only other one that I wanted to try from the main line-up; I swear these people are psychic] :) ). Now that I've sampled, I have 4 questions for some of you AiV vets out there.

1: What steep time do y'all recommend for "Cheshire Catnip"?

2: I'm in love with 15 foot Falls. There was a slight problem though. :( The only thing that kept me from giving it that elusive 5th star in my rating system (5 stars = ADV/nectar from God) was the temperature change. After just 5 or 6 minutes of vaping in my PT2 mini the coil got hot and seemed to make graham cracker the only thing I could taste. I let it cool down and it was perfect again. Since it was just a 3ml sample I couldn't really experiment with it. Does anybody have any tips to keep that from happening??? I'd love to make this only the 2nd juice out of ~40 that I've tried to get that elusive 5th star; but, without being able to vape it as long as I want, I can't. :(

3: I really wanted to like Afternoon Tea, everything about it tasted great ... except the tea itself tasted kind of burnt. :( After changing out one new coil for another I realized it was the juice. Is this common?? Is that just the tea flavor??

4: Is Sweet Tease the same tea flavor as Afternoon Tea??

p.s. I just placed my order last night for bigger bottles of 15 Foot Falls and A Quiet Morning while deciding to give Cheshire Catnip a whirl :)

Don't let the Jabberwocky bite.

Fifteen Foot Falls is a NET juice, and absolutely destroys coils - it's recommended you only use it in a RDA. I put less than a full tank through my mini PT2, and it was BURNT by the end

I avoided any tobaccos (especially NETs) like the plague when I first started vaping. But I started to wonder if tobacco would make a good twist on some juices. When I saw that AiV had used the tobacco as an accent to go along with sweet stuff I was like "OMG this stuff is F...antastically awsome!" :) I don't really mind about the coils, they are only like a buck (I guess I could make it cheaper if I learned to wrap my own [I'm so lazy]). I eat a meal and pine for 15 Foot Falls. ATM I can't see myself wanting anything else after a meal.Totally worth it.
Thanks for the heads up though. I'll stock up on coils just for it if I have to. ;)

I find that AiV's vapes are very reactive to watts. Like if you have FFF at 4 watts try taking it down some a bit at a time to see if that helps. Same with the tea. I love Sweet Tease but it likes it around 3.2 watts...Good luck!!

What Ms. Ratchford said^^^.......I agree 100%. AIV juices are VERY selective to wattage and voltage. I use an Innokin SVD with Kanger Mini Pro II's with 2.5 ohm coils and vape 15 Foot Falls at 6 Watts with no problems. For the tea's which have a very delicate flavor profile, I drop the wattage to around 4.5-5 and find them good there. You have to keep in mind that a juice like 15 Foot Falls is a slightly sweeter vape and will tend to burn hotter. Also, steep time is very important to bring out the full flavor profile of AIV juices. Some juices like White Rabbit take a good Month of steeping while others like Frost Blossom and April Moon are good at a week or two. Each juice is different, and experimenting with the power settings and steep time will give you the optimal AIV experience:)...but that's the fun part....
