Well I've just got my first AIV order land on my doorstep here in the UK, here's my initial thoughts.

I'll be letting it steep another week or so though, cos it looks like it's just in the colour changing faze. Wasn't expecting this one yet, cos I've not even had a tracking number for it, so it was a nice surprise. I'm not the sort of person that has to try a juice as soon as it arrives, I'd much rather be patient and let the flavours develop.

Tell you what, I'm really impressed with the delivery, came in a customized box with the white rabbit on the base, a forest scene inside the lid, a personalised note inside wishing me a happy new year and a custom playing card with a scene from Wonderland on it. I also got 4 extra samples as well to try out, which I wasn't expecting. Finally, each bottle has a small metal charm attached which relates to the flavour.

AIV really know how to do things right, from packaging to price, everything is absolutely spot on. If the juices taste as good as they look I'll be really happy :D

None of the UK companies I use would go the extra mile like this, I've had cheap juices and expensive boutique type juices. None of them even come close to the AIV experience for me, I'm a very happy bunny

I don't know if anyone else has tried the aspire bdc tank, but Paleo and his wife got me one for Christmas, and I have switched over to them. It creates so much vapor and the flavors just seem to pop using them. I've also been able to get 4 to 5 tanks off of 1 coil without having to clean them, even when using the darker juices.

Welcome to the Rabbit Hole! I see you've found your way. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the best company anywhere!:toast:

Thanks for the welcome paleodian. You guys are really lucky having all the best juice vendors in the USA. I've recently discovered Nicoticket, Epic, Zeus and of course AIV. They all seem to have so much more depth and complexity compared to almost anything else I can buy here in the UK :)

Ok guys, I need some advice, if you don't mind. I'm going to send my friend a "welcome to vaping" bottle of frost blossom. She's smoked about a pack of cheap menthols a day for 15 years. I've loaned her my ego c passthrough and an evod.
Any suggestions on nic level?

Heck, go with a Little bit of Everything.....lots of vapers find that the stuff they craved smoking is not at all what they crave vaping....AND....she won't have to steep. But, you could always throw in a 15 ml bottle of Frost Blossom. I'm guessing maybe 18 mg nic? Usually people go higher in their nic when they start and then drop down.........if you could find the brand on Google and check what the nic mg is, that would be a great starting point.
I started at 24mg (Camel NF's and RYO Drum) but have gone down to 11mg nic.......and when I tried the vertical coil I made for my PT2, the nic buzz was a bit too much
I don't have a reason to quit vaping, I enjoy it and I guess until it's proven to be a health risk, I will continue.

BTW: Anyone using a Kayfun Lt? Got that "shiney syndrome" thing going on....urgh! Was wondering how it cooperates with AiV vapes...

In my experience with a bunch of vendors, AiV has had the most interesting, subtle, mysterious, incredible, sit back and take it all in, vape concoctions than any other vendor I've sampled. Excellent to vape and contemplate just what exactly you are tasting. None of them have that overbearing after taste, it's very light, not saying the flavor isn't light, it's there, just not 10 tons of juice overload like some other vendors.
I think wizards and hobbits would vape AiV...ok, throw in the dwarfs and elves! They all seem to hit their pipes when taking it all in and relaxing.

See, there I go, getting all magical, LOL! Everybody needs something magical!:)

You can't beat a bit of escapism. As a massive Tolkien fan, I should know that ;)

Must admit though, I did go for extra flavour on everything, it's the most important part of vaping for me.

Looks like I'll be firing up The Lord of the Rings trilogy when I first crack open the AIV. 10 hours of LOTR and vaping Twas Brillig, sounds like heaven to me

I am so there with you! My son gave me the boxed set a few years back with all the extras! I would have never though that Tolkien's printed word could be brought to the screen as magnificently as it was, but when I first read the books, eeck, 40 years ago, movie making was far from what it is now. (That being said, I was disappointed with the first installment of "The Hobbit" :glare:)

Twas Brillig and maybe a bit of Zombie Apocalypse!

if she is smoking and wants to stop and just start vaping........... or, that is the idea behind the gift, the 24mg to start. It will take care of ANY cravings for cigs. ;)

huggles,

Same here, I got all the extend versions on DVD. I'm that much of a Tolkien anorak, I try and re-read LOTR at least once a year ;)

I saw the Desolation of Smaug just a week ago. Some amazing effects in that one, Smaug sends a shiver down the spine :)

I know what you mean about the first instalment being a bit of a let down. But having said that, I watched it again (on Netflix) before going to see Smaug. On a smaller screen it is more enjoyable. I think at the movies your bombarded with that much info, sometimes it's hard to take it all in. Bit disappointed that the extended cut of Hobbit pt1 is only a few extra minutes though.

For me a good book takes me away to a whole new world. I can easily get that engrossed I lose track of time - I've not eaten all day, to me that's the sign of a great read

^THIS!!!^

Disney heroes never really appealed to me much, LOL! They looked like they never got dirt under their finger nails and used a lot of "product" on their coifs. How could they do that, flinging their swords and riding their steeds all day?

...I was indeed a skeptic as a child..ROFL!
